We stayed for 5 days at this hotel, room was with old furniture, and in the room it was an old room smell, like old furniture smell. Beds was a little bit rough, but OK, TV is 90 % in Hungarian, few international TV channels, Wi-Fi is low quality and only in lobby. Breakfast was poor. Dinner OK, a little...

This apartment is located next to a hotel and offers all the services of a hotel. The quality of the apartment is also high. The location is fine, close to the center of Budapest. Our price included buffet breakfast. It worth the price. Next door Amuleto Restautant is also warmly recommended.

I was really satisified with this apartment. It is next to a hotel named Gold Hotel Wine & Dine and we could enjoy all the advantages of the hotel. 24 hrs reception, breakfast buffet, restaurant, sight seeing bus tickets.... It was much better than a usual apartment, where you meet with nobody. I would return, highly recommended!

The best in this apartment , that it is large with 2 rooms and it is next to a hotel, where you can find helpful receptionists and hotel services. So you will not stand in front of the apartments to get the key, but you will be served like a hotel guest. We had daily cleaning and breakfast too. Location...

We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel, but we also had a kitchen in the apartment. The apartment is large, comes with 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet. The apartment itself is non smoking,...

Staying in Gellert Hill

Neighbourhood Profile
Gellert Hill
If you want to treat your camera to some amazing scenery, Gellért Hill is a must on your itinerary. A funicular journey from the Chain Bridge along the hillsides provides a fast connection between Buda and Pest, hoisting visitors to panoramic vistas. Once on top of the hill, you’ll find the Citadel dominate the landscape with its imposing 19th century construction, a site that’s hard to keep your eyes on without being distracted by the phenomenal view over the Danube and the eight bridges crossing. Once on Gellért Hill however, one mustn’t miss the famous Gellért Baths. Budapest is renown for its thermal waters and its baths, and the Gellért Baths are housed in an impressive art nouveau structure. Its interior design, with its many mosaics, recalls the preceding relationships the city has had with healing springs and saunas, traditionally used within this neighborhood since the Ottoman Empire.
