Big apartment, washing machine but no dryer, kitchen with utensils, balcony with table and chairs, good space for clothes, tv, great staff, very close to bars and restaurants and few minutes walking distance to supermarkets

We had a huge 2 bed apartment which was beautifully clean and extremely well equipped. The reception staff could not have been more helpful. The apartment was in a central location but it was noisy on the Saturday night. If you don't mind sleeping with ear plugs this couldn't be beaten. Fantastic value for money.

We've just come back from a 4 night stay in Budapest and we stayed in the Gozsdu court apartment. The room was adequate for our needs, very handy to have a washing machine and the kitchen was good for breakfast with a decent sized fridge to store water and food items for breakfast. Great location for exploring Budapest and in...

Great central location, lots of pubs and restaurants close by also. Unfortunately this does mean it is very noisy at the weekend, with loud music till the early hours. This however didn't really bother us, just wanted to mention it incase any famillies were looking to stay here. We had a studio apartment on the top floor, which was perfect...

I made the biggest mistake I've ever made when travelling by booking an apartment here for 4 nights over the New Year period. I've stayed in some really basic hotels before and some of the finest, so I knew paying £550 for 4 nights here was about average and I wasn't expecting The Ritz but what I found shocked me....

We reported your activity to tripadvisor and all Budapest hotels because you are not a reasonable holiday guest but a simple swindler. You use tripadvisor for blackmailing hotels trying to lower your hotel bill. We sent your datas to all hotels that handle guest blacklist.

I stayed in Gozsdu court for 4 months in Oct 2016 and in general i enjoyed my stay. There are 2 deciding factors why Gozsdu Aparthotel has mixed reviews. The first is the time of year you visit and the second is whether you are travelling as a group or with family/business. Some apartments can be very noisy which for...

Myself and my friend stayed in the Godzu apartments in January 2017. The radiators were really noisy and woke us up a few times. The apartment was very clean, but they were hard to find. Once we did find the apartments we were told ours was located in another building. The location was brilliant!

The hotel is right in the middle of the place to be, but very noisy. When we ask for ear plugs because of the noise, they did not propose another room! only at the end, when it was too late. The room service is not spectacular, no vacuum cleaning though it was necessary. The appartment is sober, all brown colours,...

I chose this aparthotel in Budapest given high rating and location. It is located within a nice pedestrian street, full of restaurantes. I got greatly surprised when we were taken to an apartment in a different building by the receptionist. This apartment is located some steps away from noise, in a bit quieter area. Excellent restaurants and pubs around, and...

The apartments seem to be split over more than one building, we checked in and were then sent to another building, it was only 2 doors away. The location was great, lots of restaurants right underneath the block we stayed in. We stayed in a two bedroomed Apartment which was very spacious and clean and tidy. The heating seemed to...

Staying in District VII / Jewish Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.
