Wow what a find! Fab hotel, fab location, so central yet so quiet! Staff really made our trip, couldn't do enough for us, from advising where to visit, to arranging for me to have "proper English tea." Sorting out taxis.

Amazing service. Spent two nights there and the staff all remembered exactly who I was. They were always friendly and very helpful. I had to depart at 0400 for an early flight and they prepared breakfast to go for me at no charge and I...More
In the heart of central Budapest. The desk clerks were very polite and helpful and the room was well air conditioned (during a very hot summer trip - came in handy!) Great restaurants near by and plenty to do.
A small(ish) hotel that genuinely surprised us with how quiet and restful it was even though it was less than 50m from the main tourist street (Vaci Utca) and only 100m from the Central Market Hall.
First impressions were great as we booked out transfer...More

Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention
and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.

There's no bar in the hotel but there's a lot of it nearby. The receptionist informed us about the metro station not too far from the hotel but we never used it. We used the hotels transfer service from the airport and back. Their taxi driver was kind and polite and the fare was not so expensive. The hotel fixed taxi for us when we need it. Take note that in Budapest, its safe to use taxis recommended by the hotel. We walked and didnt use metro or bus in roaming around the city. The city is not big like london or paris, one can just walk from one tourist spot to the other.
