I had a very pleasant stay from Oct 2nd-7th. I asked for a quiet room and was given 406 on 4th floor. Yes, it was small and had no view, but it was comfortable, well equipped, and kept very tidy. It had a TV/ PC,...More
This hotel was in a good location and reasonable for the price. There was a few things that really bugged us about the stay. We had booked a double room with 2 singles, but the beds were pushed together. As we were checking in we...More

Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention
and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.

There's no bar in the hotel but there's a lot of it nearby. The receptionist informed us about the metro station not too far from the hotel but we never used it. We used the hotels transfer service from the airport and back. Their taxi driver was kind and polite and the fare was not so expensive. The hotel fixed taxi for us when we need it. Take note that in Budapest, its safe to use taxis recommended by the hotel. We walked and didnt use metro or bus in roaming around the city. The city is not big like london or paris, one can just walk from one tourist spot to the other.
