Our room was excellent, the service professional and complete and the atmosphere was lovely. My wife is a stickler for cleanliness, and this hotel satisfied her standards. The breakfast was more than adequate. For our last two nights we were lucky enough to get upgraded to room 1, which is more like an apartment, for the price of a double....

The Beatrix is a lovely little hotel away from the busy city center. The tram is walking distant and will get your into the city easily. The staff here was friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and full of natural light. A good deal overall.

This is the second time we have visited Beatrix when in Budapest. It is close to the Buda hills, and has very easy access to the City Centre. The staff are very helpful, and speak very good English, which is very useful as Hungarian is fairly impenetrable. The rooms are good and well-maintained, and the breakfast was excellent. I cannot...

My family and I stayed here for two nights while visiting Budapest and it was a wonderful stay. The place was very clean and the rooms were very spacious with clean facilities! The faculty was very friendly and spoke English well and in fact we spent one night conversations with one of the receptionists while having drinks! Breakfast was traditional...

Great family hotel, nice view in a residential area...Even if is not closer to the downtown ( about 20min with the bus near to Passareti square) it's a beatiful place to spend a relaxed holiday. The only one problem in the room was the bathroom, small one with a small windows. We will come back for sure in this beautiful...

We were staying at Beatrix for a week in summer and pretty enjoyed it. It's a lovely, familiar hotel, everybody is helpful, and arranged our every wish. Surroundings and the hotel itself is quite and very clean, well-groomed. Tram 61 or Bus 5 are the best (only 5-10 minutes on foot the closest stop) to get to the city centre...

My husband and I stayed here for a week and explored the city. It was clean, quiet and only a five minute walk from the tram that took you downtown. This is a pretty residential area with private homes and lots of trees. The staff was easy to talk with and we learned quite a bit about Hungarian culture from...

We were staying in Beatrix Hotel in September. I think this hotel was the best choice in Buda to stay in. The location is perfect, you can enjoy the green and quiet area, but on the other side you can reach the centre within 15 minutes. At the reception sightseeing tours can be booked, that was for us very comfortable....

I spent 6 weeks in the Beatrix in 2005. I found the place in the net and they offered me an apartment. I was shocked when I arrived and the place had no kitchen. I picked the place in the Buda side near the forests and coming from Toronto I enjoyed the fresh air the most. The location is not...

This is the second time we have stayed, and this is fantastic value, in a lovely, peaceful, leafy suburb of Budapest. Staff are friendly and helpful, and all have a good level of English. Both times we have stayed as been in August, so great to sit out on the terrace in the morning to have breakfast. The tram and...
