We stayed here on a trip to the xmas markets. Staff are very friendly and courteous. The rooms are basic but clean. Breakfast was continental and ok. Tea could have been warmer. Free wifi throughout. Convenient to shops and restaurants and to the big shopping centre nearby. Would recommend if on a budget Asked in advance for a room on... More

Just spent 4 days at the City Hotel Ring in Budapest. The hotel is about 45 minutes from the airport. We stayed in the hotel on a bed and breakfast basis and had a double room to the side of the hotel. The room was more than adequate for what we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms... We felt like home at this hotel. Very quiet, cozy, spacious and clean rooms. In addition, there’s a fridge in the room, which is very convenient. Very polite and attentive receptionist, I guess, Victor is his name, but I may be mistaken, who speaks English and Russian. Location is perfect as well. The old building of the hotel is situated... Just had 4 nights at City Ring Hotel and had no regrets. Situated right in the heart of Budapest, close to Metro, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Modern room with very comfortable beds and also very quiet. Another bonus was the wonderful food at an Italian Restaurant next door and just a few doors away Kiko Cafe for breakfast.... More

The hotel was a little tricky to find (but we did it). The reception staff were very helpful and gave us a map and a safety deposit key (box held at reception). I booked a double room but was given a twin. It didn't matter it was only 1 night. The room has good air conditioning and a clean bathroom.... More

We have been looking for an economy hotel in Budapest, cause the prices for accommodation are quite high there, especially according to the current rate of euro. We chose City Hotel Ring 3* and didn’t regret! The staff was wonderful, really professional and helpful, always ready to help and solve all problems. We were greeted with a smile, settled quickly,... We spend two night at the City Ring Hotel, the room was large and clean. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. It is well located, not at the city centre, but nearby most of the attractions in a short walk away. One of Budapest's largest shopping centres is just down the road. The breakfast is good and is served... More
