Lovely stay, great staff who will offer advise if you ask. Comfortable room, with hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities, TV and A/C although our Air con didn't seem to be working, told the staff and we were given a fan. Lovely start to the day with breakfast, you can always find something you can eat. Would recommend.

Hotel is currently being refurbished - lobby and reception area us finished and has a nice modern vibe. Rooms are being refurbished as well and from what we could see 1st floor is done as well. We were in the 3rd floor - still old style - however we had all we needed and all furniture was in good condition....

It was easy to each by bus number 20E from Budapest Keleti by getting off at Ferenc Ter which was about an 8 minute journey and only a short walk over the road. The hotel helped in sending me an e-mail of which bus to catch from Budapest Keleti station

The hotel itself is OK according to its category, but nobody cleans the sidewalk in either direction. We've been there in January, when snow froze to the ground both in front of the entrance and the Heroes square, so it was impossible to walk away or come int the hotel without danger of falling down. It was so slippery, i...

Dear Guest, Thank You for your remarks, we will better care on the sidewalks next winter I promise. You were not commenting your recent visit, did you recognize the new design of lobby and restaurant? Maybe the great location? We hope you will give us the opportunity to better serve you at your next visit. Kind Regards, Maria Blaskovics GM.

Good three star Hotel located just off Heroes Square and opposite a very nice large Park, and close to several different types of public transport for getting around, metro station is about 100 meters away. We had Room 703 which overlooked the Zoo and was very quite, very clean and comfortable with all that you needed. All the staff were...

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel through a Gate1 tour and overall, had a terrible experience. The room was Spartan and more like a hostel with no hand soap, shampoo, coffee pot, uncomfortable beds and thin towels. There was a tiny TV that had limited channels and slow internet service. Overall, the room was a huge disappointment. When we...

Dear Guest, We appreciated the time and the care you took to evaluate our hotel, I am sorry for your bad feelings. We seriously take your comments and work on improvement of the mentioned breakfast service. Regarding your comments on room I think that 4* hotels would better match your expectations for a higher rate. We hope that you give...

Nice and clean rooms with good beds. Free WIFI available. Very good breakfast. Heroes Square, two museum, big park and city ZOO is near the hotel. Metro station that lead directly to the city center is few hundred meters away. Parking is available but it cost 12€ per day.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Close access to underground only 5 mins walk away, also close to Heroes Square, a big park, and thermal baths. Staff helpful and friendly. Large room but old Ibis style, however clean and tidy. Bit of a trek from the airport but would stay here again.
