Really great hotel located in the center of Budapest, the breakfast was super yummy and versatile, the coffee was great. The Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms have a good size and are clean. the Spa area and the pool are small, but you dont go to Budapest for a Spa retreat. We ate at the hotel restaurant once when...

The Kempinski is one of our Virtuoso properties and we decided to stay there for the night and it was a very good idea. The property is in a good location of BudaPest and we were directed to a wonderful restaurant across the park by the Concierge. Our room was great as were the facilities of the property and I...

The hotel feels old school luxury but modern at the same time - not an easy feat! While the rooms are beautiful I enjoyed working in the "living room" a gorgeous lounge that serves coffee and food. It's midcentury modern design with dark notes helped me focus and fell comfortable. The restaurant Es is also fantastic! I ate there many...

The Hotel had a perfect location for walking, shopping and dining. Good service at the Hotel, and the rooms were clean. But the beds were hard and breakfast was noisy and stressful. The employees were kind and helpful.

Staying in District V / Inner City

Neighbourhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
