I stayed at the Kempinski Corvinus for 4 nights on a longer weekendtrip. The building itself is magnificent and the rooms are superb. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms where clean. The hotel staff were very nice and were eager to help out with any problems. The only downside i felt during my stay was the spa. There... More

The location is excellent, right in the city center. Food is very good and rooms are very nice. Do try the breakfast buffet they offer, everything was fresh and tasty. Enjoy the evenings at their outdoor restaurant watching the shoppers and a nice cold beer.

We stayed 5 nights. It is a beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly. The room was very nice. We requested a room that overlooked the park. Not sure if I would do that again. There is a lot of noise from the park. I could hear the skateboards and people talking from the streets as late as 3 am.... More

Very conveniently located on the Pest side. Walking distance to just about anything you would want to see. Comfortable room, bed and pillows. Staying here was a great experience. Good restaurants within the hotel, and all around it. Perfect place to stay.

This hotel is amazing! We stayed here for our anniversary and they made it really special. Upon check in they sent up chocolates and a bottle of champagne for us to enjoy. This is a sleek business hotel. It is well situated, close to St Stephan's, the Metro, etc. Staff is superb. We did not use the spa as we both arrived with colds, but it looked inviting. There is a small fitness center. Our deluxe room was very large with a good sized sitting area, a nice change from our river... More

The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are clean but the bathrooms need urgent attention. We had several rooms during our group stay and all the showers need intense professional cleaning. Staying in District V / Inner City

Neighbourhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
