Stayed here for a couple of nights whilst visiting the Xmas markets. The hotel was clean and tidy although the rooms were very small. Easy link to the centre by metro across the road . There was a large indoor shopping centre within walking distance with a range of eateries. They was a lovely patisserie across the road too

The hotel served its purpose for accommodation very well. Probably the biggest minus was that the noises from the next room could be very easily heard. Also the breakfast could have had a little healthier options. Other than that there's not much to complain. The service was great, room ok clean and the location awesome: the metro stop is right...

Very tired hotel, kept clean but in need of renovation. Staff friendly and helpful. Ideal location for getting around not a very nice area.Would not advise anyone to visit and would not return.Served its purpose for our 4 night stay definitely not 4 star.

It is supposed to be a 4 star hotel but they must turn it into a 1 star hotel. No air condition, the towels was torn, the hair dryer was melted, the shower curtain was very dirty and the fridge was out of order with a "beautiful" smell. The breakfast was actually good.

I like hotels in old buildings, and this is the first one I ever stayed in. I was impressed by exterior, however, the rooms could use refurbishing. Walls are in desperate need of painting, and beds could be changed and sheets as well. All of that was clean, no doubt, but outdated, that's all. The breakfast was awesome, and all...

We weren't expecting much as i checked on here when we booked it. All we wanted was somewhere to stay for 2 nights whilst we visited the wonderful city during the day. Apparently its 4 stars, more like 2. The hotel has so much potential and it is in desperate need for a revamp. The rooms are tiny and poorly...

The hotel is not outstanding in any way, but the reception helped us a lot, first confirming by e-mail that there would be a room for us even if we arrived late, then arranging a taxi for us from the airport. During our stay we booked tickets for a folklore show, had information about many practical things, and had our...

This hotel is near the station but, unfortunately, this is the only good point about it. The reception area is presentable but then it is downhill all the way. The corridors are dismal and the room was very disappointing. There were two wardrobes but no chest of drawers so I kept most of my small items of clothing in my...
