We had a great stay at this hotel. Good location, near the main street Vaci Utca, metro and a short walking distance from the main monuments. Excellent breakfast, very clean and good value for money. Next time we will return to this hotel for sure.

We had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. It was in the midle of everything, staff was very helpful and they have a great winebar...!! We had tasteful dinner in the restaurant of the hotel although not cheap. The breakfast was sufficient. The room was rather small but ok for a citytrip...

No complaints at all about this place. .very central. .good food. ..friendly staff...try the hop on hop off bus tours and the boat trips on the Danube. ...be very careful of the taxis. .. €20 for a 5 minute trip...use the ones that have a company name on them.Budapest castle and the hospital in the rock worth a visit. ..

We had small citytrip and stayed at your hotel for a couple of days. The welcome was very warm and friendly and we were heped in the most professionel way. We requested a room on the topfloor and that wish was granted. The room itself was clean, well stocked and well equiped. The winebar and the restaurant were exellent. All... More

Excellent location, really is very central and near the metro station! Rooms are basic but what more do you need for a short city break away? Breakfast was absolutely awful, what a waste of 10 Euro! Do not get breakfast, go out to a lovely cafe and have it there!

It was really nice. Room and bed comfortable, good and varied breakfast, clean, nice and helpful service. It is also possible to pay with euros so you don't need to change money for that. Great location, next to pretty much everything in Budapest.

It was excellent stay in Budapest./ I was surprized that leaving the sign repair the shower basin at the door really worked. Water was really flowing away in the evening. The room was really clean and quiet.

The hotel has a great location,is simple but clean and the front desk was good. Its in the old city on a narrow fairly-unused one-way road. Its just mins from the Danube and the Erzsebet Bridge, the Utca pedestrian alley ,the city market, the Great Synagogue and other sites. Tube and bus stops are nearby. The hotel has a fair... More

Staying in District V / Inner City

Neighbourhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
