First things first. Make sure you have a working phone. You may have to phone reception, you need a key to access the building, which is tricky if you haven't checked in yet. I snuck in behind some people. But then there was No one answering the door at reception so had to phone anyway. If you're like me you...

The place is clean and lovely. traditional building and rooms. The bed was not that comfortable and acceptable for the price we paid. The location was not great, but was about 15 to 20 minutes walking distance from the center. The metro station is just in front of the hostel. the walls are so thin, we could hear a baby...

The room was pretty spacious, the bed was large but with a lot of lose boards and pretty shaky. The main light in the room didnt work, and the wall outlets in the bedroom werent working at all. The only working outlet was in the bathroom paralel to the wc. The receptions had a bare minimum knowledge of the english...

Booked a room here the same day and it was a great choice. Dirty, dirty... Yeah really quite dirty... And smelly... Poorly managed, the kitchen and office were a total mess. Never again. The staff weren't very attentive, I lugged in an enormous bag on my own, not once did they attempt to help me in.

We stayed for 4 nights in Budapest, wanting a cheap location with a double room and bathroom we found this hotel and didn't know what to expect. Happily we found our expectations met and exceeded. The room was large as was the bathroom, we also had basic cooking facilities that met our requirements really well. The staff helped with some...

We need to book a hotel on last minute and this one was one of the available. The room costs 40 EUR/night for two, but is more like hostel than hotel. The location is quite good, it is 10 minutes walk from the centre.

We stayed in Nightingale for one night until our transfer for Prague. Position of hotel is great, it's one stop from train station and one can exit from metro station Blaha Lujza ter directly at the enterance to the bulding. Only problem I had was that room was a bit warm and having a window open is a problem because...
