This hotel is located very close to the main square.. Cathedral square and lots of shops, restaurants and walking distance to the sites and especially the Gediminas castle Tower . The wifi was super fast here at the hotel and all of Vilnius The room was really quiet at nights and very comfortable bed.. it face the back of the building which was perfect for me. Check in I was quite easy and quick and I was met by a friendly front desk attendant, who throughout my stay made me feel at home and was always warm and helpful...this includes all the front desk staff and breakfast staff as well. Breakfast was ok but had something for everyone, for the price paid for the room, it was good enough. I was sad to leave because the original plan was to stay for 10 nights but couldn't get the full 10 nights so had to book another hotel for half the time. However, I spent a really nice vacation at this hotel. The room was cleaned every day and had closet space for clothes. On New year's Eve the hotel management left presents of slippers and honey preservatives for the guests. This was sweet and much appreciated. They even kept my luggage free of charge when I went to Latvia. I will certainly encourage anyone to stay at this hotel.. definitely recommend. (See my website post on Lithuania for tips from arrivals to departure caribbeansolotraveller.com) I definitely recommend.

The hotel location is great for exploring the city, on a quiet side street, 3 min walk to the cathedral and the Bell Tower, 10-20 min walk to all other major old city attraction, hills and parks. The Hotel is clean, tidy and warm, which was important during a cold and drizzly February stay. There are some unique and historical features preserved in the building e.g. exposed bricks and old vaulted ceilings in the basement ( bar area now) that adds to its quirky character. Breakfast offered a reasonable choice of hot and cold items on a buffet, to include vegetarian. Usually one member of staff at breakfast rushed around refilling a buffet and kept disappearing not speaking to anybody. I am not sure if the hotel offers any made to order omelettes or other eggs types / pancakes. The room was clean, cosy yet functional, with a double bed and a desk area. One 0.5l bottle of water and single use toiletries were provided on the first day. I had ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door in the morning only, yet the room was not checked after midday, e.g. if any rubbish or cups to be collected, toiletries and water were not replenished. Tea and coffees are not available in the rooms, and can be purchased at the bar downstairs. I booked this hotel on Amex card via their website, however when it came to payment I was advised I could not use Amex cards. It is very disappointing as I specifically choose hotels that accept Amex cards for travel insurance purposes. Reception and bar staff were lovely, friendly, full of smiles and advice. Thank you!

In a quite road but literally round the corner from everything that Vilnius has to offer. Breakfast was adequate and had everything we needed. Room was great as there were 3 of us and the room accommodated this. Would definitely recommend this Hotel for a great break in a great City.

If you are looking for a hotel in the city, close to everything at the best price, look no further! From the moment we arrived at the hotel the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Cleanliness is a must for me and this hotel passed the test with flying colours. Spotless with a lovely intimate Irish bar for a relaxing drink. Perfect for business, families, couples alike. Breakfast had everything on offer. Location is ideal. 2minutes from the main square where the beautiful Christmas tree and Christmas markets were on display. Vilnius in general is a great destination for a weekend getaway with access to everything, walking distance from the hotel. Plenty of tourist attractions and tasty restaurants. Will definitely be back next year to relive the experience as a whole. This is an underrated European city for a holiday. Hotel Tilto definitely the place to stay, ticking all boxes.

Good location, good breakfast, nice staff. When we arrived our room was cold, because something was wrong with the heating system, administrator solved the problem by putting an electric heater in our room. Very noisy. Our room was on the first floor with windows towards the street which was really busy all night long, therefore, it was pretty hard to fall asleep.
