Indeed it looks good on internet. then you arrive. dirty old hallway, stairs, rickety desk with disinterested staff. you discover that although this is a b and b, breakfast is not included. rooms old and badly done up, sheets with holes, (blood?)smears on the wall, bathroom has seen better days. soulless place, room is reasonably clean, though. for 20 or...

Though I had a valid booking, I could not stay in this hotel as they just said that they are fully booked and do not have a free room. They told me that my credit card was not accepted and they send me a mail that my booking was cancelled, but I never got that. Moreover, the service was terrible...

The location was excellence. Less than 10 minutes walk to central bus and railway stations. About 2 minutes walk to the Gate of Dawn. The room's cleanliness was not so good. A huge insect was found in the room on our first night. Free WiFi was not functioning well and could not be connected in the first two days. Administrator...

We booked a room at Florens B&B, but was sent to Florens Boutique hotel (300m) because there was no rooms available at B&B. We did not get any advance info, and left the taxi and had to walk the distance with luggage in very hot weather. The hotel is definitely not a boutiqe hotel, but and old building with ok...

Conveniently located close to the Gates of Dawn and near the train station. Good Points : Large clean room, modern bathroon, whirlpool bath, lots of storage in room, large comfy bed. good free coffee in morning, receptionist helpful in an abrupt way eg organised taxi to airport Bad Points : Noisy as by busy road and railway, no breakfast (only...

If you expect clean bedsheets, your trash bin emptied and new towels provided, then Florens Boutique is definitely not for you. There's a terrible scent in the foyer, to reach your room, you'll have to enter some sort of a wardrobe first and, oh, your room door will probably not be able to be locked. Another thing is that you...

I tried to book a room at the sister location, Florens B&B. Due to a mix up, they didn't have a room for us, but offered a room for the same price at Florens Boutique. When I arrived, the staff was confused about what happened, and gave us a room at the regular price instead of the discounted price from...

The hotel is located right outside the Gates of Dawn. It might seem like a shabby area, but it still feels safe. The hotel is more like a B&B, but you really get value for money. We had a corner-room, but there was no problem with noise from the train and traffic, but you can expect some noise from the...

It was my first trip to Baltics and Vilnius, with a few days spent staying in the Florens Boutique. Mostly positive emotions: nicely decorated rooms, high quality air-conditioning. It was very important with +30 outside, unbelievable!!!! What else? high speed internet in the room, new equipment of room and bathroom. I liked so much their Lavazza coffee every morning.:) It...

Booking on-line, thought I was getting a Hotel. In actuality, this is an old house (still being restored) where rooms are rented out. In a shabby part of town, near the train station. Cannot call this a boutique, guest house no matter how the the definition is stretched. Nothing nearby to eat at night except a McDonald's, and this only...
