Found this hotel on TripAdvisor and booked it due to the great reviews and location. I wasn't disappointed. It's just off the main tourist street and across the square from the main shopping district. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable and cozy and with a nice view. Breakfast was ok. I prefer buffet to made... More

This hotel is in a quiet area od old town. It has unique wonderful rooms. We stayed in a superior room which was on the top floor and had two windows. You can order breakfast in to your room, and they'll bring it over without any charge. It's an ala carte breakfast, comes quickly and has many different choices.

I loved the place. It feels like they mixed "Stalin's Empire" canon with a country house in good old England. You get this sentiment of genuinely real recidence of a book worm with substantial income and taste for things. Guys at reception and waiters look very smart and speak decent English, and, as I overheard, Polish. Many of them eager... More

We loved this hotel, it's not modern and contemporary but full of charm and quirkiness. Breakfast is fantastic as are the staff. Extremely clean. The whiskey bar is delightful and cosy. Position in Vilnius Old Town is excellent and very quiet.

This is a peach of a "boutique" hotel. For us, the highlight was the exquisite furniture throughout, especially in our room, and the delicious breakfasts. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, the waiters very knowledgeable, and the chef's surprises at breakfast were - delicious. We are already planning our next visit.

If you are looking to stay in generic, very contemporary, standard hotel room-it's not a hotel for you. Shakespeare hotel-located on the quiet street in the center of old town, just steps away from Plies street and Sv Onos church. You feel like you are staying in old rich noble house as a guest. Rooms are immaculately clean, bathrooms beautiful and... More

Our expectations were very high given the ratings. Staff was friendly and helpful, though there was rarely more than one person at the front desk and he handles checkin, checkout and concierge duties. But the place is a bit "campy", which isn't bad, but our expectations were different (we expected a more "hip" atmosphere). The included breakfast was OK, coffee... More

Every room is different. Our room was spacious, with windows on three sides. We were two minutes in walking distance from the main thoroughfare. The room was full of light and very comfortable. I would love to return again.

The hotel is on the northern edge of the old town, close to the Gediminas Hill. The hotel building is very old (not fully accessible for wheel chairs, for example) but in good condition. Rooms of the hotel are obviously more or less unique each. Our room was spacious and equipped with a baby cot as requested. Wifi was free... More

We've had an extended stay at the Shakespeare Hotel, and it's been great! We've loved the location, the room with its wood beams, and the excellent service. For 2 and a half weeks we have hardly ever glimpsed the housekeeper, yet when we come back from breakfast our room is made up. The desk clerks are knowledgable and helpful, and... More
