As in the quote from As You Like It this is definitely a place I could willingly waste my time in. We had the beautiful "Milton" corner room (which was meant to be since our cat's name is Milton). The staff was friendly and attentive to help in any way possible. We chose to have our breakfast delivered via room...

This is a hotel with soul. There are books everywhere and cozy places to sit down and read. Our room was nice with everything you would expect. The breakfasts were delicious, I so like, not having a buffet breakfast. It feels luxurious to be served a freshly made breakfast instead of choosing from a buffet that could have been sitting...

I found this hotel to be a mixed bag. The location is good, just on the edge of the old city. The service was very good and, with one exception, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also excellent and the breakfast room very pretty. The rooms seem to be very different. I was in one of the...

I had occasion to travel again to Vilnius, and stayed at what I felt was an old friend, in terms of staying at a well known location, with consistent room and restaurant service. As anticipated, Shakespeare did not fail in all regards. Some new breakfast and dinner items were introduced since my last visit as I have displayed, and were...

This is one of the better small hotels in Vilnius Old Town. It has parking and air-conditioning and is priced well. I have stayed here many many times, most recent trip the Hotel Manager was quite frosty when I asked him for some concierge services (there is no dedicated concierge function) Despite being a repeat guest of over 50 room...

When we first got there.i thought the room was a little shabby , we were downstairs right on the street and it was noisy...however I realized quickly that the service was excellent ..they recommended a great restaurant ..saint Germaine ...and it was the ONLY hotel we stayed where they actually didn't have a horrid buffet and they took orders for...

I stayed here on business for 3 nights, and have to say this was a very solid choice by my company travel group! The location is superb - right in the middle of the old town with many restaurants within easy distance. The room (a single) was quiet and comfortable, albeit a little small - this was fine when I...

Shakespeare is for the unpretentious that appreciate comfort and service. The rooms are small by the norm, but functional and comfortable. They are meant for people who are out and about, not those wallowing in their rooms for their stay. There are 2 other hotels in Vilnius near old town that can accommodate that preference. The restaurant is designed as...

As much as I want to give this hotel a great review, I just cannot. Let me explain why. While the staff was pleasant, I felt they were oddly cold. They were polite. They were helpful, but there were no warm fuzzies at all. They were doing a job. Period. The room itself (a single room) was fine. The bed...

Dear Guest, I`am very sorry to learn that you were dissatisfied with your stay at Shakespeare Boutique. We are always happy to look into guests feedback and improve wherever possible. I just like to comment the issue about the taxi. I am sorry that time to time misunderstandings happen with taxi drivers. We will work harder to prevent this. Many...

Stayed three nights in the GB Shaw room, which was quite spacious and wonderfully quirky, with high ceilings and wooden beams. Front desk was extremely courteous and helpful, recommended a couple of restaurants (Lokys, Mykolo 4) which did turn out to be the best in the immediate area for good quality Lithuanian cuisine. Breakfast was ordered from the menu so...
