My husband and I travelled the Baltic countries on a road trip this summer and this is the B&B/Hotel we were most impressed with on our travels. For a start we were able to park our car in secure parking just metres from our room for free We were given a warm welcome by the hotel owners and were shown... More

Yes, the room was perfect (except for the curtains I couldn't close!) and the location is superb. But the best is the family managing the B&B. I had absolutely wonderful conversations with them (sometimes taking way too much of their time!). They made me feel like I was more than just a guest staying in a room. And they are... More

We have found a charming, cosy and silent B&B in the heart of the old town of Vilna/Vilnius. The room was very beautiful and well designed, an old chamber with the wooden ceiling and fragments of ancient frescoes in one part of the wall, clean and silent. The hosts are very kind and helpful in all kind of situations. I... More

Aistas picked me up at the airport, a comfortable ride for a reasonable fee. My room was HUGE (double bed; sitting area with sofa, table and two chairs; foyer with fridge and teakettle; private bath; entryway is shared with one other room) and not at all expensive (160 Lt/night) for what I got! Breakfast is an extra 10 Lt (US... More

Stayed at the Bernardinu for 4 nights in a large ensuite bedroom. On the whole, I'm quite happy with the experience, although I wouldn't categorize it as a "cheap deal". The great plus of the guest house is its location. The room itself was fine, with a sofa and additional chairs, a TV etc. - though perhaps the words "tastefully... More

Management response:

Dear sebhoff, Thank You for your review and staying in our guest house. Please note that in Lithuania according to its law guest houses and B&B's are not required to change towels and clean rooms every day, because it's a different accommodation category than a hotel. However guests can ask our staff to change towels every day or clean room... More

I stayed there for one night and paid 51 € for a single room (without breakfast) with a shared bathroom. It's just a normal place to sleep, totally overpriced. The bed was very bad quality. I've stayed in much better places for a lower price.

The B&B is beautifully located in a quiet street with coffee shops and restaurants just round the corner. Easy walking to all the attractions of Old Town Vilnius with its churches, shops, museums and university. My room was small but comfortable and retained the character of its 18th century origins. I enjoyed eating breakfast in my door way which opened... More

My friend and me came to Vilnius airport and was picked up by Aistis. Really nice! The rooms (we got two) at the Bernardinu Guest House was clean and cosy. We ordered breakfast and it was delivered in the morning just as we wished. The location of the guesthouse is excellent. Near to the cathedral, many churches and the facilities... More
