While the room was very stylish and met every expectation (the bed! Oh, the bed is sooo comfy!) I have from a hotel in this category/price range, I was disappointed by the service - negligent and I don't think I ever saw a smile - and with the breakfast. There are two breakfast rooms, of which one is crowded, noisy... More

Location of this hotel is perfect. It's within walking distance from Old Town in the quiet area, so you get good sleep quality. We had 3 different rooms. Our Superior romance room was all what the title says. Room with Sauna was also excellent, all tough some one had turned sauna so hot that we needed to adjust it little... More

Great location, nice, cosy, clean roooms, comfortable bed, good breakfast. Special thanks to Ellu from the reception desk, who helped us with the ferry trip to Helsinki and offered us a breakfast box early in the morning.

The staff of the hotel was clearly not prepared for Easter since we were faced with a disgusting frenzy at the breakfast room on Easter Monday: food was running out, the queues were horrible and there was not enough tables for all. The hotel management should have been prepared, if the hotel was fully booked. Otherwise, hotel's lovely and the... More

Stayed here for second visit to Tallinn. Hotel is about 10 minutes walk into the old town. Our room is a little on the small size with my daughter on a camp type bed and not a proper family room with a double and single bed. The bathroom is small but clean and in good order. Breakfast is a bit... More

Friendly service. Parking hall under hotel was small, but safe. Most visitors were russians and some of them behave like "owner of Europe". Nice situation behind Toompea. Hyvä palvelu, myös suomeksi. Ahdas, mutta turvallinen parkkihalli. Lähes kaikki muut vieraat olivat venäläisiä. Osa heistä käyttäytyi kuin "Euroopan omistaja". Mukava sijainti Toompean takana, kuitenkin lyhyt matka vanhaan kaupunkiin.

Small and cosy hotel situated near the historic center of Tallinn. Rooms were quite small but nicely furnished. The breakfast was pretty basic with some hot options and mainly cold cuts, cheese, bread etc.

Our room was very clean and nicely decorated. It is 10 minutes walk from center, but you can go through Toompea hill, which is nicest part of Tallinn. I recommend you visit in Toompea. Nice restaurant, good viewpoint to whole city. Taxi from center cost 5-6 euros if you dont want to walk. Breakfest was ok, but little bit too... More

From the day we booked, to our arrival and stay, this hotel could not have been better to us. The service was personable and attentive, the restaurant and breakfast fabulous, and the location just PERFECT. We loved our room, which was hip, modern and quiet. We would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Old Town. A... More

This was a nice surprise! For a very reasonable price I got a very nice room in a very nice hotel. The staff was very helpful with table reservations, mending of some lose buttons in my jacket and various advise for sightseeing in Tallinn. The bed was nice, the Wifi free and the breakfast fine. Perfect location for a stay... More
