Stayed here for 2 nights. Great location in Old Town. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is fine. Restaurant is currently closed but we got 10% off another local restaurant. Would recommend doing Hop on hop off bus tour to get orientated. The skyline bar in the Radisson is worth a visit as are the KGB building (do the tour...

Nice rooms, clean and ok beds. Too large pillows though and no heating on the bathroom floor. But very friendly staff in the reception. central; in the old town. Breakfast was good, although the staff at breakfast was not so friendly.

Perfect hotel in the Old Town - great to explore the surroundings and Riga. We booked an executive room which was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were always on hand to answer any questions or to arrange taxis etc. Breakfast which was served in the restaurant downstairs amongst the old original ruins of the previous building; was a mixture...

The hotel was perfectly located to explore the old town and the nightlife in that area. The hotel is very nice with that you would need, with a good breakfast. The best thing is the staff. I arrived late and was greeted by Laura, who was wonderfully helpful. She was incredibly knowledgeable about Riga and Latvia generally and gave some...

This hotel with it's 5 stars rating should support hig expectiations, but it is really a 2.5 stars hotels. The room was clean but very basic. The furnishing from a cheap motel and the small bathroom with the same cheap quality. The breakfast included in the room rate was fair in quality. The only positive are the Well location in...

Great location nice comfortable rooms. But maybe a 4 star. Breakfast was very basic maybe 3 star. Staff were friendly but still missed the personal touch. The hotel was very dark which I think was a bit weird but that's personal taste. In the hotel information booklet in our room it said that all guests can have use of the...

Great location, but room cleaning and servicing was very poor, Plenty of choice at breakfast but not always hot. Which we understand must be difficult when servicing a running buffet. Located right in the market square.

On arrival we were met by a friendly receptionist and porter who took our bags to the room. We had a nice room facing the square. The following morning at breakfast there was no tea or coffee available or glasses for juice - after 15 minutes the drinks arrived. The breakfast is a buffet which belongs to a 2/3 star...
