Kolonna is a cozy little hotel, even though many would call this a guesthouse. Very good location in the heart of the Riga by budget prices. The stuff was kind, pleasant service. The very popular restaurant Lido is located just on the other side of street, also a cozy friendly pub next to the hotel. Our room for two was...

very good welcome, room assigned compliant with request, breakfast ok and departure well organised. Hotel localization perfect for discovering Riga. I believe that its cost-effectiveness is difficult to match in Riga center.

I enjoyed my stay in Hotel Kolonna Riga. Excellent service, super location (in Old Town of Riga), nice managers always ready to help. Very good room and great pricing! I'll definitely choose this hotel when I'm back to Riga. Thank you.

Rooms are clean and spacious for a city centre hotel. Location is fantastic - right in the heart of old town near everything you would want to see. Front desk is manned 24/7 and staff are very friendly with good English. Only thing we were slightly disappointed by was the breakfast but room was so cheap it more than makes...

The hotel is in a central location and everything was in a walking distance. The room was basic but adequate. We didn't have a fridge which would have been useful. We did manage to get some milk from reception each day for our cuppa. It would have been useful to have a safe in the bedroom so we had to...

We stayed here for 4 nights in September, over a weekend. I had read that Riga city centre can be noisy on a weekend and can attest that YES it is very noisy! Kolonna Hotel is very central (literally you're in the centre when you step out the door) which is great during the day, but at night...not so great...

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Bathroom was dirty and spider webs were hanging from the ceiling. We were afraid to step anywhere in the room shoeless. Old furniture, horrible style. Breakfast was poor as well. Personnel was nice and very helpful. Spend there no more than 1 night;)

Kolonna is in the heart of the Old Town, looks small from outside but has 4 floors of rooms. So : easy ascess to many places, and a good rest place. Rooms are good size, a little...
