The hotel is pretty comfy and fine in most respects. It's been refurbished quite well. The city suffered from the Soviet times, and so you can't expect wonderful architecture, but some of the staff really do need to realise that Stalin has long gone. The two women on the reception desk on the morning I left were so rude it...

Hotel Inger is a recently renovated (but still pretty basic) hotel in Narva, a town which, even though a part of the EU still feels much like Russia. The rooms are ok considering the price. The hotel staff can be very rude - a remnant from Russia. The food in the restaurant is ok, too, but nothing to write home...

The room is pretty simple but has everything what's needed for a 1-2 nights stay on a business trip and it's warm. The hotel is pretty close to the railway station. Breakfast does not have a wide selection of food but is good enough to keep you running until lunch ;-) The restaurant is handy for a dinner in bad...

The room was very spacious, shabby but clean. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, the pillows were lumpy and the beds narrow. However, for the price (very low) it was quite satisfactory. The breakfast was very good for such a small hotel.

Old-fashioned hotel with bad service. Food was bad and staff does not smile. Toilet seat and the shower cubicle was broken. Good location. In a walking distance from the castle. Dark and threadbare hotel. Private and secure park.

Having stayed at Inger long periods at various times I know something about it. Narva itself as well as the hotel are not the most romantic places but it grows on you. The hotel has a somewhat Sovjet touch to it, rooms are basic and not always very comfortable (pay attention that you have a good mattress and cushions) but...

Well, i expected more than i realy saw The room smells bad and so much noise out in the hallways , like even when i ask the reception to ask the ppl to be a little bit quiet they just don't do anything. The breakfast is good The bed is NOT comfortable at all and they really should change it.

Non speaking English staff, cold rooms without heating and if your room is not os close to the wifi hotspot you will use only in the bar. It was not cheap but you don't have so many options. I was very disappointed. I cannot recommend. Breakfast was correct!

Hotel near by city, walking distance. Room was ok, but that hotel restaurant was a disappointment (Poor service, cold food, etc.). Also hotel staff need to get that customer service attitude... over all 2 nights was enough.

Nothing special in this hotel. The room we stayed at tended to get pretty hot so we had to have our windows opened for the whole night but at the nighttime seagulls crashed into the dumpster behind the hotel and started to make their trademark sound which disturbed our sleep a bit. Nevertheless, breakfast was nice and so was the...
