We were very disappointed with this restaurant. The staff was rude and unhelpful. We waited for half an hour to be served then tried to order but the waitress was extremely rude and unpleasant. We will not return.

As with most other people writing reviews, I was brought here by a cycling tour. There probably isn't much else that would take you to Komarno. While it is a pleasant enough town, with a particularly impressive fortress on the Hungarian side, it's not really a destination. This is an incredible pity for this hotel, as, while it only offers...

From the photos and outside this hotel doesn't look that special but the friendly, helpful staff with great customer service and big A/C room make up for it. We had an especially bad day out riding the Danube so to be greeted with such lovely staff and a huge room put our minds at ease. The beds were comfy, the...

This hotel is a little gem in the otherwise not very exciting Komarno. Located in a quiet location in the centre of town it offers beautifully furnished rooms around an enticing courtyard. In the cortyard you can have drinks or dine in the hotel restaurant. We were here on a Donau cycle tour and were helped friendly and efficiently at...

Very helpful and welcoming staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. They had a garage for our bikes. Excellent location near the old town center. Good WIFI. I would recommend this hotel . Good value for your money.

Like other reviewers we were on a bike trip. We arrived very wet and muddy. Cheerfully a hose was provided to wash the bikes and we were warmly welcomed despite our bedraggled state. The room was clean and had everything we needed..including an excellent hairdryer

I needed a stop over for one night. I think this hotel is good value, the room is large and I ate at the restaurant which was nice food at a reasonable price. The area seems nice and quite quiet. What made the stay a bit better than usual was the receptionist. She spoke English well, inquired about my stay...

We stopped in this hotel overnight while on a cycle trip through Slovakia and the owners were very welcoming after a long hot ride that day. They gave us some good advice for riding routes for the next day and the rooms were delightful with a particularly good shower. We ate at the restaurant for dinner which was quite good...

We were cycling from Vienna to Budapest (Easter 2015) and this was a perfect mid-way stop. Great location (near town centre and Danube). The staff spoke superb English; clean and spacious rooms (excellent multi talented showers); incredibly good value ... and the meal at night was delicious!!!! I'm hesitant to write more as I'm probably not going to sound genuine...

We stayed at this hotel when cycling from Vienna to Budapest. We arrived quite late about 7pm in the pouring rain. The reception staff were expecting us and welcomed us with big smiles and wasted no time in checking us in and getting us to our rooms for a nice hot shower so we could get down to hotel restaurant...
