The hostel is comfortable and spotless. The staff is very helpful. The location is perfect to access the Jungfrau region and the setting is spectacular. Nice kitchens and dining areas. Feels very Swiss
We will definitely come again

Valley Hostel is a lovely little place. Chalet 3(Is that the private room that'll fit 4?) should be just fine. I stayed with Mom and Dad , both over 60 ..and Dad nearly 70 there.. last August and loved it. Its a shared kitchen and shared bathroom - and you can store your food in baskets in the kitchen. It gets a little crowded in the kitchen at times :) - but really its not a big deal. The bathroom is downstairs and that too is very very clean always - just like the rest of Switzerland.
Lauterbrunnen is the perfect spot to stay, one because it has so many great waterfalls - one of which you can see from the Valley Hostel itself and is beautifully lit up at night. The other cause it is sort of at the base of the Alps, and you can take different routes into the Alps from here - its sort of a central point.
Murren is nice too, a lovely little village that we passed through once, but I'd definitely stay at Valley Hostel in Lauterbrunnen. Go on to Rick Steves's site - Trip Reports section - and search for "Arvind" on that page. I have a brief account of my trip in Switzerland - maybe that helps :)
Whatever you do, enjoy yourself - don't fret too much about where you'll stay in Switzerland - it's all equally nice, just expensive :). And Valley Hostel I think is the cheapest of them all. Yep I did all that research too :)
