My wife and I stayed for one night on route to the North Island. On arrival we were greeted warmly, shown to our room, offered a glass of wine and told where we could park the car at the back. We had a room in the house, which was fine; it was clean, the bed comfortably and the shower worked! Downstairs there was the lounge (where we found our welcome drinks), comfortable chairs and facilities to make drinks. Breakfast was good, quite simple, but tasty and fresh. All in all, a good place to stay over in Picton.
More to come soon! Lovely staff and amenities. Porch and sitting room.Fully stocked beverage and breakfast included. Antique features create atmosphere. Walking distance to everything in the sweet town of Picton.
Nice, comfortable, clean cottage in a convenient secure location with good parking. Cottage was clean, bathroom and kitchen facilities were excellent and continental breakfast amazing. Aground great service and accommodation. WiFi not the best and had to rely on phone, but no problem.
We booked in advance and we were welcomed very warmly and showed to our cottage. Pros very clean and tidy as one would expect plenty of tea and coffee fresh milk fresh fruit for breakfast was great! The shower was a killer strong and hot. Very close to all eateries it was Sunday so pretty quite free wifi Con the tv was playing up and second pullout bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on but over all a nice place to stay.
Really enjoyed our two days here. Very close to town so a 2 minute walk. Our room was cosy and the glass of wine on arrival was a bonus. Warren & JJ were very very friendly and happy to chat to us and tell us some great things to do on our way to Queenstown. All the best we will be back.
