Nothing wrong with this pittoresque hostel. Light rooms, oké beds and lot's of possibility 's and extra's for the guests. A special atmosphere due to the lighted garden and grapes. Perfect to stay a night or 2.

Love the place for its exterior blue facade covered by flowers.Sure to melt your heart. Near to ferry terminal and bus stop of free ferry bus pick up. It is also near to the harbour where the boat companies pick am passengers up for various island tours, including the Queen Charlotte walk. Love the hot tub that can be used...

Beautiful garden surrounding the hostel. The Ferry terminal, main street and shops are only a few minutes walk away. Two well equipped kitchens and plenty of bathrooms and toilets. Nice, quiet rooms with extra blankets for the colder nights.

Alright hostel. Central in Picton. Could definitely use some sprucing up. The doors in the rooms close really loud so very hard to sleep in the morning. And the beds aren't very comfy. All the frying pans are ruined so would be great with some useable ones. Free wifi really slow. But it's an alright stay

Room 13 next to toilets very dirty full of flies. Bedding was very smelly and upon leaving we were advised pillow cases only to be removed.this would suggest as suspected dirty sheets hence the smell.shared block of toilet and showers no separate male/ female. Toilet seats would not stay up kept falling down..No sign of kitchen or bathroom closures for...

This place was good, there are lots of places to sit and be on your own. It's quiet and has a good vibe to it. Staff were really helpful. The only thing I would say I would complain about was the bunk beds didn't have any real stairs to get on the top bunk, just a little bar, and my...

I had so much fun at this hostel! Being a solo traveler this trip was kind of scary for me, but Jacqui and the staff at the Villa made me feel right at home! I had excellent roomies in my six bed dorm, found the kitchen well-equipped and organized, the hot tub was awesome, the courtyard delightful to sit in...

Some things great, some things not. I stayed in one of the double rooms up a small flight of stairs away from the main property. The staff were really friendly, and I was very grateful to the kind staff member who dropped me at the bus terminal so early on a Saturday morning. The room was clean, but the bed...

The 8 bed dorm felt very squeezed - there wasn't really any room to put your bag when it was full. The room being called "the swamp" felt quite appropriate, as I got bitten all over for the two nights I stayed there, although I know this was largely due to the door being left open for a while on...

Friend stayed in this hostel and got her bag stolen out of the room. Door was locked and someone was asleep while bag was stolen. The staff were not very helpful with the situation. Avoid. Overall bad stay and security around the place is obviously very poor
