The casa is situated 100 meters away from the Viazul Bus Station - so arriving here by bus is probably the cheapest and easiest option. The casa is very beautiful renovated - with a love for history and detail. From the rooftop terrace you have a great view over the city. Your rooms get cleaned daily, which is not the...

We traveled to Trinidad during our stay in Cuba without a hotel reservation, and the hotel we hoped to stay at was completely booked. We drove around and hopped around from one "casa" to another hoping to find one that was quaint with modern amenities, and Casa Colonial was exactly that, perfection. Yosavaldo and his brother were a great host,...

We stayed in Casa Colonial 1830 for four nights during a two week tour of Cuba – heading here after Havana and Vinales. It was a breath of fresh air, feeling special, luxurious and super-clean after a week on the road. Coincidentally, during our stay, Fidel Castro passed away, and as a result Trinidad was dead quiet – especially in...

We stayed for 2 nights. Such a beautiful casa with original period details. Great breakfasts and the air conditioner worked perfectly. Yosavaldo and his family were wonderful and helpful hosts. The view from the roof terrace was amazing.

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst in Trinidad. Couldn't have chosen a better casa. Location was amazing, 2seconds from all the museums, churches, bars and restaurants. Everyone was terribly friendly and welcoming as well as helpful. The casa in itself is a terrific building. So much character and charme. Would definitely recommend it!

My adult son and I stayed here several days in late September 2016. It had been recommended to us by our casa in Santa Clara. It's located just a half a block from the Viazul station, and it's also a short walk to the touristy part of town as well as the business section near the main park. We met...

We were welcomed with a fresh juice and a friendly smile as we arrived after a long bus ride. The breakfast was great, tasty and plenty for only 5 CUC. Fresh fruit, eggs to your liking, bread, coffee/tea, biscuits,juice,... Our room was (I think) cleaned every day. Beds made, bathroom cleaned, new toiletpaper. Hotelservice. Was very impressed with the hygiene....

My friends and I stayed at Casa Colonial in late July 2016 and it was a wonderful experience. The building itself is an experience, with high ceilings and colonial columns in the living area. The rooms are grouped around the rear of the building with some breakfast tables scattered in the middle. The family who run this casa are lovely...
