The experience, the customer service (staff), the food, the rooms: all much better at the Georgetown Westin. Those guys go above and beyond to make sure your stay is pleasant. The DC City Center Westin? Quite the opposite at a higher pricetag. Not just the room being more expensive, but the food and the WIFI too ($12/day). I'm not sure...

Dear Lauren B. Thank you again for staying at the Westins Washington DC City Center during your recent visit to our nation’s capital. We are sorry you did not enjoy your visit to our hotel. We are in a different location than the Westin Georgetown and our cost for amenities such as Wifi services as well as food in our...

I got lucky that I was traveling to the District in the first week of the year, right after new year's, so I got a rate right around $100/night, which is low for this location. So my review is based on that kind of rate rather than $300/night or something you might see at other Westin locations in cities. But...

Nice clean room, comfortable beds and friendly staff. They even had a bottle open in the room. That's just one example of some of the little extra provide that made the stay special. Good location. Parking could be and issue. We used the valet $60. The Fringetree bar and grill was enjoyable . We had a pizza for $15 it...

Loved staying here two nights, walked to local restaurants, museums and capitol mall. Winter was sunny, xmas time was wonderful. Clean, staff holds the bags if have to checkout and have time for flight, to go see another museum. Must see city. One of the cleanest and beautiful city in the US is Washington DC. Inaguration was around the corner...

Loved the location. Walking distance from everything we needed. Hotel was decent and quiet. We requested a King bed but due to over booking we ended up with a double room with the upgraded view. Not all it's cracked up to be. If you can opt for a deal with the parking do so, there is no parking around and...

I stayed here for two nights while attending a conference. I usually choose Westin Hotels because they give a consistently good experience. This property fell short. The rooms are dated and need an update. I had multiple maintenance issues in my room. Each issue was minor, but they add up to a negative experience. 1) I was surprised to see...

Every prior stay had a nice room with a good view; staff very helpful and friendly. Been upgraded each time stayed before as a Starwood member. Going for a tiring conference so cross fingers will have the luck again.

I was here for a conference and frankly used very few of the amenities. The property was very nice, the little heaters at the front door were a nice touch. It was such a routine stay that there is not much to remark on! The outlet in the bathroom did not work (I couldn't get it to at least) so...

We had an good experience with this hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but the room with 2 double beds did not leave a lot of floor space. Walls were thinner than I expected them to be - I could hear the group in the room next door (although they were relatively loud). The Starbucks in the lobby is more...

We stayed at this place while we participated for World-wide competition by 1776DC. It is very close to White-house and city centre. It's multi-story complex with all 4 star facilities. It has nice gym on the ground floor. Well suited for Business Travel, not for backpackers.
