Avoid the "Interior rooms" (that have a window to the inside lobby instead of to outside). Very disappointing. Everything else was OK. Concierge and bell staff pleasant. Breakfast buffet adequate. But it's 1/2 mile from the White House so...

Check in was slow and when we got to our suite it smelt really bad of damp. Room was big though and bed extremely comfortable. However, on our first night after a transatlantic flight, we were kept awake by the most rowdy group of people in the hotel bar. As our room faced into the lobby there really was nothing...

We stayed here as part of a package thru Delta. The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. The website says free wifi but upon arrival realized it is in the lobby only. The staff was very nice. The shower drove me nuts as it only had two temperatures, super hot and cold. It was quite a challenge to get...

This was my first time traveling to DC using my own budget. I first want to say that Tripadvisor is great and gave me an excellent deal on staying at the Westin. When I first arrived at the Westin the valets were extremely helpful. I only thought about cost of parking several days before my trip and when I called...

We booked the Westin for a short stay in Washington but found a few gaps from other Westin's properties we had previously visited. Our room allocated overlooked a loading dock of some sort (so not a great view of any type) and the walls were regrettably paper thin resulting in every conversation, movement and interaction in the next room heard...

We stayed at Westin Center City over the Christmas Holiday and it was great. All of the employees tried very hard to make sure that we had a great visit even though we were not at home with our family. We were with our Westin family ! We highly recommend this hotel. We've stayed here for the past several years...

They tried hard but just kept missing the mark. I have found over the years that when you arrive for your pre booked stay at 1am it is a good test to see if they have the depth to back up the reputation. Started with SPG reservations not being able to update records to advise the hotel we were running...

Stayed with my husband and 2 kids for a weekend in DC. For us, there wasn't alot of food to walk to so we had to Uber everywhere which is ok. Not too far from White House. Our room overlooked the lobby so it was very nice and quiet. Access cards needed in elevator and gym. No issues with staff...
