    Very comfortable bed and breakfast in a happening neighborhood with great restaurants, two bookstores, interesting architecture and located in close proximity to the DC Mall with easy transportation options (bus/metro).     Thanks for your question. Our DC location does not have a gym or pool. Vida Fitness, a full gym, though no pool is .3 miles, just a few blocks from the house. Steve

    The Dupont Circle station, Red line is a 4 block walk. The Cardozo/U Street station, Green/Yellow lines, is about a 6 block walk.
