I stayed on the third floor. It was pretty quiet. The room was not fancy but it was all I needed. Hot water, comfortable bed, small refrigertor, TV that worked. The breakfast was awesome. The other guests were friendly. The staff was great.

I am so happy we chose Akwaaba DC for our anniversary trip/babymoon. We have a favorite hotel chain for vacations, but prices this weekend in DC were super high. We've enjoyed other B&Bs in the past, but it is always a bit of a gamble....More

Thanks for your question. Our DC location does not have a gym or pool. Vida Fitness, a full gym, though no pool is .3 miles, just a few blocks from the house. Steve
