I ended up staying here after booking late to come to D.C. during a very busy period and could not find a room anywhere else. In fact I booked into their sister hotel (Baron Hotel) and was told on arrival that they were overbooked and moving me. The Embassy Inn is a very cheap hotel, and you get what you...

10 minutes away from the White House in a nice and quiet street. The room was fine, beds were rather big. There are small places close to the hotel where you can eat. You can get coffee and cold water whenever you want. Nice place!

Okay if you just want a reasonably-priced place to sleep and don't plan to spend much time in your room. Location is within easy walking distance of Dupont Circle. We were warmly welcomed. Breakfast is an extra $5, but we didn't stick around. Parking is a real pain---as it is everywhere in DC. Consider parking in the burbs and getting...

We arrive after a long day in Washington. On the internet they said they had valet parking. No, you need to park on the street and it is very busy, so they recommend you a public parking for $35 for park overnight, but then you need to leave at 8am, if you leave later they charge an extra fee of...

Location and price were good for us. But: 1) After my debit card was declined, a concierge at the reception wanted me to pay by cash exactly the amount of reservation. She said that staff may not give me a change or to get from me more money, even a dollar. The concierge advised me to go somewhere to exchange...

I had a prepaid reservation which I had to cancel, much to my disappointment. The manager of the group has been extremely kind and helpful, going above and beyond the call and assisting me to get a refund. If I ever get the chance to go to Washington, I'm definitely staying here.

The hotel building is from 1912. For $71 we got a very decent , quiet small room, located toward the back of the building on the 4th floor. They have a complimentary Wifi, good near the front desk, but spotty inside the room. They offer a $5 per person breakfast but we didn't purchase it. Furniture and carpets are old...

They told told me to stay at Room 207, and ny first impression was the worst possible: I had to jump on a bed to reach the bathroom. The room was not big but they put two large beds there. So, there was no space to walk...

This was a bad hotel. It's more a hostel. Room was incredibly small, it was noisey. You could hear every movement someone else made in any other room. The bed was uncomfortable and noisy. There was no in room fridge and the hot water took several minutes to kick in. The room had a TV but the remote control hardly...
