Beware, some rooms don't have fridges. Also, the front desk is incredibly rude. They do not care about customer inquiries. The final straw, though, was when I asked for a cab to be called the next morning to take me to the airport and nothing showed up. When I asked the front desk where the cab was, they acted like...

Thank you Embassy Row Hotel! As a university admissions administrator, I spend about 1/3 of my life traveling—trains, planes, automobiles, and many hotels. I’ve been staying at the Embassy Row for the last 5 years because of the incredible service, great location, beautiful and comfortable rooms, and accommodating staff. Most of the hotels I visit, from coast to coast, boast...

I booked a room at Embassy Row hotel ahead of time. My reservation was confirmed by Booking.com and the hotel for $1,549.12. Later on, I have noticed on the Booking.com site that I was being charged $1,874.24. Prior to the trip I called the hotel and I have let them know that my confirmation was for almost $300. less. They...

We had a fantastic stay at Embassy Row. The hotel location is fantastic (we were able to walk to the monuments the first day and to Georgetown on the second day) and the rooftop has gorgeous views overlooking DC. Note: parking is about $45 per night.

Good day and thank you for your great feedback about our hotel! We pride ourselves on our exceptional location where you can find a lot of things to do within walking distance. Te Embassy Row Hotel is in the great DuPont Circle neighborhood, just about a block away from the Metro Station. The interior is modern and chic, with a lovely lobby bar and cafe. The rooftop pool has nice views of DC. My room was beautifully decorated, but a bit on the small side. Great happy hour in the lobby bar...

Overpriced for what is received. Very limited menu and times for food/drink. The food was good however. Some of the staff were friendly some were not. No mini frig which is a big problem when they do not carry diet soda nor are there vending machines.

Clean hotel with nice pool and bar on rooftop. Easy to get to DuPont circle. Food was okay but menu is limited. They do offer refrigerated food for late night snacks or dinner. Room was clean. Would recommend.

We stayed at embassy row hotel for a few days in May. The hotel is quirky and quite non corporate but all the better for that. The staff lovely and helpful and the hotel location, close to DuPont Circle is perfect. We'd go again.

Despite some quibbles with housekeeping and the absence of staff warmth in some areas, this hotel is nevertheless friendly, welcoming and in a great location with good facilities. If problems occur, then the front desk are happy to assist.
