My family stayed here for a weekend visit to Washington. The location is great - you do not even have to go outside to hop on the metro! We stayed on club level and it was all right. Compared to another upscale brand hotel's club level and some reviews that I have read here, I was surprised that there were...

My professional association had its professional meeting with its headquarters at the Grand Hyatt Washington. This hotel was also used by our organization one year ago. At that time, renovations were taking place. During this meeting, everything was completed and up to date. The staff and housekeeping staff were attentive and professional. All of our meetings took place at the...

First caveats: I am a Globalist member and I stayed at this property for a month. The location is amazing. It is right above the metro, so you have access to the rest of DC within minutes. Its walking distance to the White House, which makes it excellent for a run. I like to have a Starbucks nearby, and fortunately...

Grand Hyatt Washington This hotel is in the perfect location for seeing much of Washington DC. Easy walk to the mall and many great museums. We also were just a few blocks from Ford's Theatre which made it nice coming home after the evening show. We also walked to Union Station to get our train out, but there is a...

Hotel was in an excellent position for walking to National Mall and the White House. There were escalators from Metro Centre directly to hotel so easy to use Metro. Rooms were clean and had everything you would need for a base. It is a large hotel but we had no problem with check in or out. Hotel is in a...

The Good: centrally located, great access (within building) to Metro. Taxi stand and bus stop outside. Convenient to everything, including bars and restaurants. Hotel parking is very expensive but I parked a block away for 1/3 the price. The room was well appointed and comfortable. The Bad: We chose and interior room (toward the courtyard) because of previous reviews about...

I had a great experience here. Elizabeth at the front desk welcomed us and gave us a quick tour. Adrian at CURE restaurant is extremely helpful and friendly. Our breakfast buffet at Cabinet was wonderful. Comfortable beds, great pillows, and attractive decor throughout. Also convenient doorway right to the METRO!! Could not ask for better!

I stayed here recently when I was on business in the area. My room was clean and comfortable. The desk provided was a good size but could have had more closeby electrical outlets. The internet worked well and was complimentary for me but I think that was a special arrangement for my group (not 100% certain). I found the desk...

Disappointing stay. Arrived for early check in. The hallway where the room was located was literally riddled with room service trays from the previous night. The room itself was clean and well appointed. By the time I returned from my meeting, it was 730pm. No room service menu. TV remote did not work. The guest service line was so slow,...

We've just spent 5 nights at the Grand Hyatt and had a lovely holiday. We'd emailed before we arrived and were allocated a city view room on the 11th floor with a fabulously comfortable bed. It's a great hotel, the staff are very helpful and incredibly courteous. The location was fabulous and the direct access to the Metro was a...
