I have stayed at the hotel a few times for conferences. They apparently upgraded the facilities since I was there last, but it wasn't felt. They eliminated the pool and expanded the gym. The rooms are basic and surprisingly lacking some amenities. for example no...More

The property is well kept. You can access the hotel from the airport utilizing the Metro Train which is less than $7 round trip. The staff was personable and willing to assist with any questions. The location is in a great location.

Hotel doesn't have a free shuttle to Dulles -it's at least a 30 minute drive without heavy traffic (which would be unusual in DC during the day). Metro (subway) not an option - it doesn't go to Dulles yet so you'd need to transfer to a bus (or 2). If you want to use public transport, Google the DC metro - they have an interactive route finder. Best options involve an airport shuttle (SuperShuttle, etc) taxi, Uber/Lyft, or rental car.
