Everyone was very friendly, courteous and helpful day & night. The rooms were very clean & well maintained. No noise. Bed remade each evening after our afternoon siesta. Would highly recommend. Close to metro. Walking distance to many things.

Sorry for the delayed response. The undergroung parking is very low. We have a Chevy Tahoe, and we could not make it under the plumbing to exit. However, the hotel allows you to go out the exit. You will have to check in at the desk when you are leaving for an attendant to assist with the incoming traffic. The employees are great-- so no worries.
