We have travelled many times to DC, but never stayed in this part of DC. Loved it! It is a great hotel! Easy walking distance to White House, Mall, and attractions. Able to walk to all types of great restaurants- Oyamel, Ebbitt, and pubs. Great service, rooms nice.

This hotel is centrally located for our needs. Within walking distance of the museums and monuments, only a few blocks from Chinatown. Tons of restaurants to choose from....you have fast food chains to local fair along with high end fine dining. We were able to walk to a great spot to view the fireworks and our lawn chairs came in...

Ridiculously expensive, in a ridiculously expensive city. The staff were efficient and friendly but not worth the price. Over 1200 dollars for 5 nights after you add taxes and parking. The " sports bar" was horrible. Service sucked. We were given free soup for being patient by one waiter and then another waiter tried to charge us for it... Would...

Dear pm37379, Thank you for taking the time to write a review about the week you spent at our hotel during the NLPM conference. I certainly understand your concern about the cost of the room in DC - your group was in under the government per diem in Washington, DC which may be much higher than other cities you have...

A nice convenient place with great restaurants around and a short walk to the White House and other historical buildings. Bar downstairs was the center of our meetings for a while. We basically had some great casual discussions and some drinks every night. Here on business and it was a good stay.

I was at the Renaissance for a convention June 28 through July 2,2015. Most of everything you want to see in DC is within walking distance, from .7 to 2.5 miles. If you don't want to walk that much the metro (subway) is just a few blocks away and a cab ride is available from the back door. If you...

I was here on business for a small meeting in the hotel. My room was on the 3rd floor, interior (ie no view BUT no noise). You can choose high and exterior but be prepared for honking/sirens and big city background noise all night long. That is the only and major drawback to this place. Our convention meals over 3...

I stayed here to attend a conference, which was held at the same location. I have been to a few hotels in the area, and can say that this is a great combination of value and location. It is a short walk to the White House and other tourist attractions, but it does not feel like it is in an...

I stayed here last week for a conference. The hotel was really nice and conveniently located next to the conference center. The room was decorated beautifully. Everything looked modern and fresh. The staff was really nice. There is a Starbucks in the lobby which is always convenient. The hotel was also close to the metro station, great restaurants and other...

We arrived to check into your hotel at approximately 6:30 pm on Friday, June 26. Our company had pre paid our reservation for us. They actually made reservations for two rooms. We approached the registration desk to check in with Yobek (not sure of the spelling). We told Mr Yobek that we were there to check in to a reservation...

The hotel employees are phenomenal and demonstrate hospitality every step of the way!
