We chose this hotel as we needed to be close to Union Station for bus arrival and departure. Can't say the reception desk lady was very friendly or made you feel welcome. Fortunately the bell boy (Italian or Spanish name I think) made up for the lack of people skills at reception, he could not do enough for you- fantastic...

We recently stayed here and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service and the rooms. It's a smaller hotel and they try harder. This was a business trip so I can't comment on proximity to the various Washington attractions, but we had a great view of the Capitol rotunda from our room.

The lobby is big and open so makes a nice impression. I had the best salad ever at the restaurant (slow service but excellent food). The room and bathroom was big and bed was very comfortable (1516); no minibar or fridge in the room. easy walk to Capital and nice view from our room and the street. a couple blocks...

Staffs are very friendly and courteous. They are very helpful by providing you a correct and honest answers/direction. The hotel room is clean room and right in our standards. Hotel location is right in the centre which gave us pretty much more advantage.

The staff is nice. Stayed here with over 50 students and the hotel was very accommodating to our group. The catering department was especially nice to us, making sure we were always pleased with the service. The only thing I had a problem with was wake up calls. I did not receive my call one morning and on the second...

I have attended many meetings at the Washington Court Hotel, so when Hotwire landed me here, I was a little trepidatious. The meeting rooms are pretty generic and a bit dated, so I wondered whether the sleeping rooms would be the same. I was pleasantly surprised. My king room on the 11th floor was very spacious, clean, and modern. Customer...

Don't stay here unless you really don't care whether you get what your reserved. Reserved a upgraded king room, arrived late and found myself in a regular double. It was late so I didn't complain. The next day I did and was told I didn't reserve the king. Showed them the email confirmation, then they said, well they don't guarantee...

Arrived late on a Friday night-to be greeted with a pubic hair in the sheets of the bed. Upon calling down to the front desk-I was informed that " new sheets could be sent up to the room-housekeeping is unavailable at this time". I explained that I don't change my own sheets at a hotel. I would never, ever return...

This my second stay at this hotel. Stayed here on Sept 14 for one night in room 1215 so we could go see a game at RFK stadium. Check-in was a breeze and we were upgraded to an executive suite on the 12th floor without asking and no charge. The hotel is very clean all the way from the outside...

Hotel was selected by conference. Was leery at first that it was not a name brand, but those fears were dismissed quickly as hotel personnel greeted me and attended to my traveling needs. As I indicated on my hotel survey, the property was perfect in all ways but one. I had a choppy WiFi connection, but I guess I should...
