If you're traveling on the Devil's Highway be sure to stop and eat or spend the night. We stayed two nights on our old Route 666 trip. Rode up the highway to the lodge then did the loop the next day. Rooms are clean and cozy and food is awesome. Charlene and Charlie make the place special and if Pete...

Loved this place as soon as we arrived there. Looks like a log cabin. On arrival we entered a Warm and cozy lounge area with deep leather sofas and roaring wood burner. So welcoming. The bedroom was lovely with a massive bed and nice furniture and stunning views from the window. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and...

This lodge was updated several years ago and is maintained nicely. Between Charlene and Charlie our stay was top notch. This is a jeans and warm shirt kind of place with comfortable rooms/beds/showers, a couple of great sitting rooms and the steak was incredible. Breakfast was available but after the dinner and dessert we just had coffee and a pancake...

We stayed there one night on our motorcycle ride on the devil's highway. Good food, clean rooms, fantastic staff. We plan to stay there again. we got the cheapest room, it was small but that was expected for the price. Next time I think I'll splurge and get a cabin.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was great. Our host Charlene went above and beyond, looking forward to our next visit. At 9000 ft elevation and tucked away into the mountains, there were no cell phone service or television but only added to its charm.

We met there for a mini family reunion in Cabin 6. Only stayed 2 nights but it left us wanting more! We will definitely be back. Very friendly staff and the area is gorgeous! The Malamutes made the whole trip worth while for my son and grandsons! Max and Lucy are a definite plus!

Remember going camping when you were young? This is it. Its 22 miles to Alpine, the nearest "anywhere". The lodge was established in 1926 and has the feel of history to it. If you are looking to slow down a minute and enjoy the scenic White Mountains, book a cabin or a room. No cell service, but Wi-Fi in the...

For our four day stay, we came here to enjoy time with our teenagers in a quiet, winter retreat- a that's exactly what we got. There was not enough snow for snowmobiling, but there was a great sled run right behind the cabins and beautiful areas for hiking in fresh snow. There is no cell service or TV's in the...

We had a relaxing stay. THe food was excellent and the atmosphere friendly. The 6-8 inches of snow was a plus! We had romantic walks in the snow and went sledding. Skis and snowshoes were available but we decided not to partake.
