    We have stayed here before, very nice as always. Everyone very friendly. Nice coffee shop next door. You have got to eat in the Niles Hotel restaurant food is excellent! Quiet town, parking in back or on the street.

    I didn't notice anyone with a pet when I stayed there, you'd have to contact management directly to inquire. However, there are no rooms on the first floor, they are all on the second floor and I didn't see any facilities... More

    Sorry to say, there are a lot of stairs and I'm pretty sure the rooms are all on the second and even third floor. It wouldn't hurt to call though, as Renlady suggested.
