I go to Disney a lot and I have stayed in many hotels. I have got to say that this is my favorite. The service is impeccable, the rooms are clean and the convenience is incomparable. We had a club level room and it was so worth it. Just to get away from the crowds at any time of day...

This is the perfect place to take the family on an adventurous holiday. There was amazing dinning, room service and an amazing theme park to visit everyday. I would recommend staying for at least a week to explore everything in Disneyland.

Our room was really nice and clean. We stayed here only for one night but it was really pleasant. Vallet staff was kind of slow when we arrived, we waited appox 10 minutes for them to show up in front of the hotel so they can take over our car. We were staying on 6th floor and it was really...

I was in Disneyland last week from Jan 4-6 and was booked to stay here instead of The Disneyland Hotel where I had stayed the last time. Since I was traveling from Manila and was staying with family in LA, I decided not to take my passport with me. When I arrived I went up to the counter and presented...

Super resort. Our room had a fabulous view of California Adventure park and if the mountains. We were able to see the World of Color and it was great. We did not have kids with us but it very kids friendly. Lots of activities and heated pools. It a bit of a walk to the theme parks but was able...

We came here for a staycation for our wedding anniversary. We were greeted by wonderful desk hosts and given a room overlooking the Paradise Lake. The room was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. The bathroom is a little small, and lacked hand towels, but had good soaps and shampoos available. You have to walk about 5 minutes...

Our experience at Paradise Pier was great. Upon arrival, our room was ready well before check in time. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Our room had an amazing view of California Adventure. The room was clean and as expected. Not huge, but with the daybed, enough room for our family of five. It's definitely an older hotel,...

Apart from a weekend stay at EuroDisney about 20 years ago (in a caravan), this was my first Disney experience. I loved every single minute of it! We arrived early and the lady on Reception (I think her name was Rochelle) was just wonderful. She was so cheerful and excited about our holiday without seeming false, which is pretty impressive...

This a great Disney hotel and had a wonderful experience while staying here. However, if you are traveling with small children, it is better to stay at the Disneyland or Grand Californian Hotel. The walk is a bit farther than the other hotels from the park, rides and rail station. Staff was great at holding bags and taking them to...

We got to the hotel early in the morning, they held our luggage until we arrived back to the hotel around midnight! Room is extremely spacious and staff were amazing! Only about a 5/10 minute walk from the park entrance and all items purchased in the parks can be sent back to your room saving your arms from all those...
