We stayed in a two queen bed suite with full kitchen. The room was very clean and roomy. Nice having the kitchen to take a break in the day from Disney to rest and have a bite to eat. Hotel is walking distance to Disney and California Adventure. Also close to other restaurants in the area. Service at the hotel...

Location is great! Other then that not to much to rave about. Breakfast spread is not that good, if you want to check in early you have to pay.. Rooms are nice and updated, wifi worked good, TVs were not working properly, room temperature could not be regulated for both rooms.

Where to start. 1-this hotel is set up so weird and it gets confusing. for example- some floors aren't accessible by every elevator making it frustrating to try and navigate if you have to take the elevator. stairs are much more convenient for this. We had to wait well after check in time for our room because the maid service...

We took our 4 oldest grandchildren to a weekend at Disneyland the last part of April. We have stayed at the Desert Palms Hotel before and enjoyed our stay then too. We had reserved a room for 6 but they upgraded us to the family suite at no extra charge. Our room was next to the elevator but we didn't...

Really liked it and will be my choice again if I am back in the area for Convention Center and/or Disneyland. Was there for three nights while attending a conference at the Hilton/Anaheim Convention Center which is just a short walk away. FREE PARKING :) Room was nice.. Did not find time to use it, but the pool looked good....

We chose this hotel on advice from a colleague and weren't disappointed. We were there for a two-night stay during Easter Vacation Week. From making the reservations over the phone, the service from the reservation staff was more than helpful, and encouraged me to call with any questions or concerns. They were very clear about cancellation policies and how to...

This has been our 2nd stay at Desert Palms. Honestly this hotel meets all family needs when traveling to the disneyland parks. I dont think there is another hotel that offers free parking, free roof top breakfast (lots of choices hot and cold), super quick walk to the maingate, pool, laundry, clean/comfy newly updated rooms, and the friendliest staff. The...

This was our first trip to Disneyland and first stay at Desert Palms in Anaheim. Our suite room with 4 queen beds and 2 bathrooms was a great pick for 2 adults and 4 children. The two bedrooms are separated by a roomy area with double sinks and two private tub/toilet combinations. This is one of the few hotels that...

I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was upgraded to a suite upon arrival. The extra room was so nice with my 11 month old. The beds were comfortable and room was quite big. The best part, this hotel is a very short walk from Disneyland, we walked to and from multiple times and found it quite manageable....
