Our family took all five rooms at the Inn. It was the perfect place. It was comfortable, nicely furnished, and Kathleen, the Innkeeper, was very helpful. She and her family have ties to the island going back to the early 1900s. The happy hour was nice (wine and appetizers) and the breakfast the next morning was great. They make their...

This is our second stay here at the inn. No words to describe how nice and clean this place really is. We stayed in the King Room this time; spacious, cozy, sunny...yes, has a real fireplace. All the innkeepers are helpful, nice, and they make you feel welcome. Breakfasts are delightful, food and atmosphere is awesome. Don't forget to try...

Clean, quaint, very accommodating, with an exceptional breakfast. We enjoyed talking with Kathleen, the innkeeper, who was born on this island and obviously loves it. Between her and her husband Dave, who was a submariner that now operates Catalina Coastal Tours, we weren't lacking for local information.

My family and I just stayed overnight at the Old Turner Inn on Catalina St. on the island of Santa Catalina. It is a family-owned property and is first-rate!! We stayed in the King Suite, which is a beautiful room overlooking the street. It has an incredibly comfortable king bed plus a day bed in the "sitting" room portion of...

just came back from a stay at Old Turner Inn. Kathleen was supremely welcoming, breakfast was delicious and everything was clean. It helps that their location is so central. We'd definitely come back.

Our experience at this wonderful inn will forever be etched in our minds. This was our first time to the Island and Christa was the perfect host; with recommendations of restaurants, tours of the island and answers to any questions we had. My dad recently had open-heart surgery, the Garden Room on the first floor was ideal; Christa spoiled him...

Perfect! Christa, Kathleen, Dave, and Bill make the Old Turner Inn the place to stay in Avalon. They know the Island; especially Bill who recently celebrated his 95th and ran the Sears Catalog Store on the Island for decades until the company ended the catalog. We visited for almost a week - a tasty, filling, and different hot breakfast every...

My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary on Catalina thanks to our kids. We attempted to book a room for a 1-night stay, but much to our surprise, 99.9% of all hotels require a 2-night minimum. I stumbled across The Old Turner Inn on line, sent them an e-mail late at night inquiring on a room and got...

The Old Turner Inn is a very nice place to stay for those looking for a homey, laid-back inn in Avalon. The Inn is also a great affordable option for those who don't need to be right on the beach, but can enjoy a short walk to get there. My husband and I stayed there for our honeymoon, and found...
