They have Tempur Pedic beds here and it was a very nice place to stay. We walked in with hopes they would have a room and they were extremely friendly and accommodating. On Friday night they had complimentary wine and appetizers that you could take out to their terrace with overlooked the water and was absolutely beautiful. They also had...

I was charged an additional $100 for a cleaning fee which was unauthorized. On top of that, they ran out of food during the complimentary breakfast and the choices were very limited. Would not recommend staying here.

I'm sorry that your stay at the Aurora did not exceed your expectations. As we mentioned in an email to you, the additional charge was for deep cleaning that was required after you checked out of the room. As explained at check-in, our complimentary continental breakfast is served from 7 to 10 a.m.

We stayed here 3 nights for our honeymoon. First off I must say the staff here is AMAZING! Check in was quick and when they found out it was our honeymoon they brought up champagne. The on site manager was so friendly and fun, we really enjoyed him. Our room was on the 3rd floor with and ocean view. It...

The hotel was a quaint property on a hill just a few minutes from downtown. Our room was a view room with a king size bed. The room seemed as if it has also doubled as a meeting area - there was a movable glass wall separating the living room from the bedroom area - the living room had a...

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experiences at the Aurora. While the Aurora Suite is occasionally used for small executive meetings, the glass screens are designed for privacy -- the couch in the living area converts into a bed and the screens can be used to close off that area for families. The sundeck off...

Aurora Hotel was great. Great staff. Nice view of the coast from our balcony and fabulous view from the roof deck; wine and cheese on Friday nights. Breakfast was awesome. The room was clean and comfortable. A great walk to the main street stroll, shops, cafe and restaurants. We will recommend Aurora Hotel to our friends and family. We will...

My girlfriend and I stayed here for her birthday and we're very pleased with the hotel. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. This hotel is an older building that has been completely renovated and updated. Our only complaint is the room (#311), we booked said it had an ocean view, but part of that view was obstructed by an...

We stayed three nights in room 311 it was a partial ocean view on the third floor, but it was a wonderful view of the harbor. Yes the rooms are small but laid out well. They have put everything you need in this room. The bed was amazing, we slept like babies. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would...

My wife and I decided to take a trip to Catalina for Valentines Day and we completely enjoyed our stay! We opted for a full-ocean view suite with the small balcony. I wouldn't have gone for it after staying in it just because the roof top deck is much bigger and has a better view. The extended continental breakfast was...

Stayed one night at this hotel and enjoyed the experience. Staff were very friendly and most cooperative (we wanted to sit on the rood deck earlier than it usually opened and they readily helped us). The entire hotel is very clean and modern in both furniture and decor. Bed was very comfortable and we had an excellent sleep. The breakfast...

It was so much fun going to Catalina. All the hotels are on hills and they all lead to the water. Our hotel was small but beautiful. We had a room with a view but it was really small. We rented a golf cart and drove around the island. We saw some of the most beautiful places. We ate lunch...
