My husband and I just returned from our 4th stay here, and I can't wait to go back again. This time we chose Apartment 9, which has a wall of windows that allow for a wonderful afternoon breeze and a view of the ocean in the distance. On warmer days, a wall air conditioner and ceiling fan kept the room...

I recently stayed at La Paloma Las Flores with my significant other. We ended up going with one of the apartments. It was amazing. It had a beautiful view of the island and beach. The apartment was so cozy and we never experienced any problems with noise. So peaceful and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable, which surprised both of...

I've stayed in many hotels over the years - most on business travel and others on vacations. This is near the bottom of the list of any that I've stayed at. The decor has lapsed - straight out of the 1970's. I wouldn't set foot in the whirlpool tub - I think my wife cringed at the thought that anyone...

My wife and 4 older kids stayed at at the suite/ apartment which came with a kitchen, fridge, pots and pans. Our suite came with two separate rooms of good size, we had our own large private balcony with a great view. All the staff made us feel special, went out of their way to handle any of our concerns, they...

We enjoyed two nights in Unit C at La Paloma Las Flores on Catalina. It was a lovely spot, very easy walking to all the great spots in Avalon, but not right in the middle of the action (which was perfect for us). Making our reservation was easy, as was check in and check out. The property is antiquated and...

Cute spot, friendly staff... Would have given 5 stars except for the coffee in the room and the toilet that continued to run all night... Do not hesitate to stay here... We will surely stay here again!

Antonio and Esther run a wonderful hotel, a perfect Avalon place for families, singles, couples. Its vintage charm includes classic small cottages that string up the hill, a convenient walk from the harbor, the long, wisteria-covered trellis a great welcome. Some larger suites, facing the cottages and mostly rising higher, offer ace views of the town, hills and harbor (two...

We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is very nice and cozy. Bathroom had a whirlpool which we didnt use bc we only stopped by the hotel to sleep. Breakfast was suffice and tasty. Overall service was pleasant, cottages were nice and accommodating. I would recommend it!!

We have stayed hare at least 10 times and it keeps getting better. We usually get a kitchenette but not really necessary because the little breakfast treats are better than what you get at most chains. Chaming and cosy with wisteria and other flowers everywhere. Cant wait to go back.

This is the second time we have stated here in a cottage. Yes our room was small, there are stairs and it is up from the beach but the people are very friendly and the place is quiet and cozy. It is nice to have the kitchenette and the small seasonal breakfast is just the way to start the day....
