The hotel provides good but basic accommodation at a reasonable price in a town known for its expensive accommodation. The hotel offers a good breakfast buffet. The rooms are fairly large, but the bathrooms are small. A microwave and kitchen sink provide a useful amenity. The hotel is well situated within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops and ski base....

Stay Here. Great, Great Hotel. FREE BEER/WINE (see below)Room was very clean, and nice. Bed was comfortable. Wifi worked well and kept you logged in (didn't have to accept terms each time you get in range) The location is fantastic, 2 blocks from all restaurants and the bus stop is right outside the front door. The hot tub and heated...

My husband and I booked the jacuzzi suite for a two night stay, it was pricey but that's what you should expect in Aspen. Our jacuzzi was broken but maintenance came right away and attempted to fix it. When he wasn't able to we went to the front desk and they gave us another jacuzzi suite and a $50 gift...

Lots of wonderful amenities included in your room price including free parking, free full breakfast and free apres ski every day. Also, the bed in our suite was incredibly comfortable and pillows too. The suite was perfect for a 3-night stay because it had a tiny kitchenette for leftovers. Aspen is a foodie town so you'll surely have some. The...

Hotel Aspen was great! I loved hanging out on my room's patio, borrowing DVDs from the library at the front desk, soaking in my bathtub, and availing myself of hot cocoa and chilling out in the upstairs lounge area. The front desk staff were great, very helpful in acquainting me with great restaurants and shops in town. Great location, great...

We booked one of the few available outdoor private Jacuzzi rooms 6 months in advance simply because there are only a couple of places around Aspen that have this option. They go FAST so if you're looking for this option be sure to book months in advance! Price: Honestly, I feel the price was a bit high for a "3...

We stayed here in the Autumn off season and it was such a great getaway spot! Located toward the end of the main downtown area, you can walk to pretty much everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were affordable, clean and the outdoor hot tubs were nice and relaxing. This is a more basic-style hotel-but offers everything needed...

Outstanding hotel for the price. Easy to walk from the hotel to everything in Aspen. The free bus system stops right outside the front door and stops at all four ski areas. The hotel provides a terrific breakfast (eggs, pancakes, potatoes, and other hot items in addition to the typical pastries, toast, and cereal typically available as part of a...

Arrived Thanksgiving afternoon and though a holiday where they all should be at home, the staff was AMAZING! Without asking they moved rooms around so that we could check into a ground floor (my mother cannot do stairs) close to where the car was parked. And it only got better from there....

The hotel is location is convenient to say the least. A 5 min walk will take you to the shopping district as well as a host of restaurants in the downtown area. The room was clean, spacious and came with a fireplace! Parking can be an issue late at night but that's true for almost every hotel here. The staff...
