The room was very spacious, bathroom was very nice. The room has a fridge and microwave. There's a hot tub on the roof!! The breakfast is good although it would be better if they served some veggies. In the afternoon there's cheese and wine tasting which is very basic but still nice tough. The staff is very helpful and friendly!...

I came to Aspen with my daughter for a short ski trip and didn't want to rent a car. I looked for a hotel that was near the Gondola and near restaurants, shops etc. This fit the bill perfectly. We were able to walk everywhere and never missed having the car. The hotel itself is European style. If you want...

This hotel is in a great location, on square with restaurants and bars, short walk to slopes. Across street from transportation center. The room was clean, nice big tv, modern bath. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is the parking is not convenient. You have to find parking in town in designated areas…sometimes we had to walk 2-3...

It was difficult to find this hotel as it is tucked away in an alleyway. The desk clerk wasn't very helpful either. The room was decent, but the garbage truck coming through at 6am was not pleasant. Very noisy and woke us up. Parking was approximately 4 blocks away which is fine in the summer, but I wouldn't want to...

First, You can not see the hotel from the street. The Sign is on the railing which is toward the back of the building. You must drive thru the alley between buildings to unload your luggage down 2 sets of stairs to the elevator (there is no bell service) Parking while you are staying there is at a minimum 5...

It makes me...

We are glad you enjoyed your stay at our hotel in Aspen. Members of the staff including our General Manager personally searched each room you occupied and were unable to locate your items. During vacations, objects sometimes come up missing. We are often successful at recovering these items; unfortunately this was not the case for your situation. We are hoping...

This is a historical building from the same era as the Wheeler Opera House and Hotel Jerome. The individual units or rooms vary considerably so choose wisely, your stay will be influenced by your choice. I think the best located unit is 303 which interestingly has a great view of the town and westward for sunsets but not Aspen mountain....

I came to Aspen for 3 days of spring skiing in April. The city of Aspen at this time of the year was quiet and felt a bit like a ghost town. But I liked that. It made me feel like I am one of the locals and the local people were pretty much the only people in town. My...

Andre had very helpful information at the front desk, and the hotel has large good quality rooms in a very central location which is a good option for a fly-by visit. Parking permits are available which is also convenient given the hotel's central location.

Arriving late into Aspen on Friday night, tired from a 4 hour flight, I hobbled into reception to be greeted by Andre. Andre was my knight in shining armor. First, I am in a cast up to my knee on my left leg and he immediately came and took my bags from me. Informed me where to park so I...
