The Innsbruck in Aspen is definitely a keeper for Bluegreen Resorts. The 2 bedroom suite we had was absolutely beautiful. I felt like I was in a cabin in the mountains. It was very roomy and nicely arranged. Everything worked properly and the staff was very helpful. The complimentary shuttle was very nice since this was our first trip to...

Our family of four stayed in a two-bedroom suite and were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely appointed and there was a huge amount of space in which to relax. Although the hotel offers a shuttle into town we never used it because it was just a short walk to the shops, and there is a nice bakery...

My wife and I spent 4 wonderful days in Aspen celebrating 20 years of marriage and the trip was made extra special by the incredible people and facilities of The Innsbruck. As a retired airline employee I have spent my adult life traveling all over the world and I can say without reservation that The Innsbruck was the most comfortable...

Home away from home. The rooms are lovely. Spacious, clean, and everything you need. We were very impressed with the cleaning staff, desk/reception staff and the facility as a whole. The air conditioner vent started dripping water and we called the desk. It was warm and very humid outside so no doubt the units were being maxed out. The repair...

This was a great place to stay in Aspen! The rooms were very high-end, spacious, and our suite had all the amenities to cook meals. Four of us stayed in a two-bedroom suite. The location is walking distance to downtown, and they also offered a free shuttle service to anywhere downtown 24/7. It was raining and they let us borrow...

I stayed at the Innsbruck for my first visit to Aspen. There were 5 of us and the two-bedroom suite with a pullout couch in the living room was perfect. The rooms are nice with a great sized kitchen. The property has free wifi, free rental bikes, a small pool and a hot tub. I felt at home at the...

My family and I stayed in a two bedroom unit in early August. We loved the Innsbruck! Excellent hospitality and top of the line/high-end amenities in the room. Really liked the free bikes, parking and shuttle into town (although not needed since the hotel is very close to town). Highly recommend this hotel and will be staying the next time...

What a great place to stay! The rooms were gorgeous and immaculately clean....and we've never met a staff who were as sincerely friendly and helpful like this staff. Laine greeted us with genuine warmth and immediately made us feel welcome. Phil and Eric drove us to different locations and never made us feel like we were imposing or interrupting them....

I will say that I've had two great experiences staying at the Innsbruck. The rooms were clean and updated. The staff was very friendly. The negative is that I usually visit in the fall and traditionally they separated the condos into individual rooms and charged a lower rate. The Innsbruck has stopped this practice. I can't justify getting a condo...

We had a great time at the Innsbruck hotel. The apartment was amazing and the hotel is in a convenient walking distance to town. The pool and spa were relaxing, too. We are happy we picked this hotel. Thanks to Gemma at the front desk and Ross who were so friendly and helpful. We will come again!
