This is an older motel which has been very well maintained both inside and out. The walkways are clean which I find a good indicator of the care it has been given. The room was very clean and I would stay there again.
Stayed here several days... it was great. Clean rooms, comfy beds, room smelled nice, everything clean, great housekeeping and very nice man running the check in counter... clean pool and clean grounds. Great price!!

I'm really not sure but the town of Apalachicola is very pet friendly. Many people walk all around town with their pets so I assume most hotels and b&B's allow pets. Management at the Rancho Inn are very nice so you could simply call them and ask. Sorry I didn't have a definitive answer but we have never travelled with pets.
