We didn't actually stay at this resort but were next door at the Belizean Shores so we ate here several times. We were delighted with the service we received at the pool bar each time we ate there particularly as I have coeliac disease and need a strict gluten free diet. I also do not eat fish so that does not leave much choice! The staff at the pool bar were great with me and managed to provide me with gluten free meals each time. They seemed quite knowledgeable and I therefore was confident in eating there which is not always the case when on holiday. Thanks for helping me out and being prepared to adapt special meals for me.

My standards are extremely high - Coco Beach met them. From flawless sparkel clean room to fantastic location (just far enough from downtown for an awesome golf cart ride). The staff was incredible and made us feel welcome and special. It felt authentic and genuine. The food could have been a bit better, but there are many options so close by.... including the Tipsy Lobster which was also exceptional. Everything was well worth the cost. We went as a group of 13 (ranging mid 30s to mid 60s) to celebrate several things and Coco Beach was the absolute best choice (we evaluated several other countries and resorts.)

The hotel was beautiful. There is a nice beach area for photos and to relax. The pool area is awesome. I had a room on the ground floor, you can walk straight into the pool. The staff is very professional and friendly. The food was so delicious! I enjoyed the drinks!

What a special place! It is beautiful, for sure... but it is all the more wonderful because of the people working here. We felt welcome at the front desk, where we met Janelly and Yaniri and the whole front desk and concierge crew, to the pool-side bar with the cascading water pillars where Chris, Rose, Alfonso, Lotion, Romeo and Mitch, among others, took care of our every wish. Plan to be here on a Tuesday night so you can enjoy " Taco Tuesday", while listening to great live music from a mariachi guitar player and singer, Javier. The build-your-own-tacos are yummy because everything is so fresh. We had 2 90-minute euphoric massages ... one of which was in the gazebo overlooking the ocean.The other one was at the day-spa. Genne was competent, caring and excellent at her craft. The fine-dining restaurant, Cocoblanca was another highlight. Here we were treated like royalty by Mitch Sr. and Rafael and the food was delicate, fresh and scrumptious. The amazing staff arranged flights from Belize airport for us, golf cart rentals, diving trips, use of the free bikes and maps ...every little detail. We did not get to meet the architects, pool designers, interior designers and landscape artists but their work shows the same amount of love and dedication as the rest of the staff. I know you will love the flowing pools that lead from cool, refreshing swimming pools to a nice large hot tub. We will be back!…

This was our first time staying at Coco Beach Resort and our experience so far has been excellent. There was a little hiccup with our air conditioning unit not working and we were unable to cool the room down below 80 degrees. Chelsea, one of the managers, was very responsive to the problem and quick to go above and beyond, making us happy, and to make our stay memorable. We ended up changing rooms to one with an even nicer view (which I didn’t know would be possible). Chelsea and one of the gentleman who works on the premises, escorted us and our luggage to the other unit. It was a seamless transition and the room we are in now is much cooler. I want to rave about the exceptional customer service and wonderful experience at Coco Beach Resort. We've stayed here several times and the customer service and attention to details has always been unwavering. From the reservations stage (Sylvia Umana is so prompt, courteous, and super helpful), to the shuttle drivers, receptionists, bartenders, and servers. The facilities are gorgeous, my son loves the slide on one of their pools. Their food is delicious, it always feels like home away from home. I had the privilege of spending my birthday weekend at this beautiful place and they were so accommodating of my requests and took great care of us. They offer complimentary shuttles to/from the resort/ San Pedro town in very comfortable vans with very friendly and knowledgeable drivers. We also rented a golf cart with them and drove to Secret beach for the day. It's very close by and town is not very far either. We also did a snorkeling tour with Tuff E Nuff which you can book through them as well. The kids loved it. I give Coco Beach 5 stars for always offering us a truly memorable and delightful experience. If you're considering staying at this beautiful place, go for it. The hotel is super clean and kept up to date. It is a beautiful establishment with great facilities and even better food! Two different pools, one is deep with a swim-up castle in the middle. Very fun for families and those who can swim. There is also a pool bar where they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. excellent food and service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also celebrated our wedding here and it was the most amazing night of my life. Excellent planning and services. I had an amazing stay. Thank you Coco Beach Resort!

We stayed at Coco Beach for 7 days in mid August we had originally booked at a hotel in the city but was sold on how amazing the pool at this resort looked and the pool did not disappoint. Overall the hotel was great very clean and the grounds/pools maintained daily. Rooms every other day unless you have request which they take care of right away. We only used the pool bar we usually ate out. The drinks where nice and smooth easy to drink. Food was okay nothing special. I could only give the 3 stars because of the water situation at hotel. It is all salt water no fresh water showers. Coming out of a day in the ocean to just come back to more salt water to rinse off was awful only felt clean after a good rain storm. On top of that our 3 year old has bad eczema so we have to use bottle water all week to clean her. This wouldn’t have been a issue if someone told us about this prior to booking cause we wouldn’t have stayed here. Nor will we ever stay here again cause of this. I asked the front desk about it and the two girls at the desk looked at me each other giggled and said there was nothing they can do about it but would relay my concerns to maintenance. If the salt water showers wouldn’t bother you this was a great hotel for us that was a deal breaker.…

I have many great things to say about this hotel. For and avid traveler I’m very picky when it comes to hotel but trust me when I say this, you will not be disappointed. The hotel is beautifully kept, clean, no smells, I felt at home. The rooms are large and the decor is antique. The restaurant food was very cooked. The stall deserve a gold stars. I planned my souses birthday and they took care of everything, from decorating the room when we entered, waiting to see when we left to decorate the room on her birthday and making it very special. The restaurant did a beach dinner birthday set up on the beach with balloons music flowers- the attention to details made everything so special. The pools are great and the bars are fun. The hotel made me want to go back to Belize. Overall- the customer service and personality that greeted us was the top reason this hotel stood out for us. Keep us the amazing job Coco beach hotel. Word of advice - u will be disappointed with all the other options around…

what a wonderful place. the resort is amazing...it is however a bit more on the pricy side. far more than I expected. it takes a plane ride to get to the island so most excursion you do are pricy again due to flights required. There are other things to do and they are amazing. Wonderful staff and AMAZING pools
