The unit was immaculately clean, spacious, and had beautiful views from the 4th floor balcony. The pool was amazing and never crowded. Fantastic location overlooking the water and walkable to everything in town. I would highly recommend and look forward to visiting again!!!

This place is probably the nicest place I will ever stay at in my entire life. I was just blown away with how gorgeous and luxurious the whole place is. The view from the pool and balcony are stunning as you look out onto the bluest water. The inside was of course spotless and the shower in the master bedroom was just incredible and unique. With a curved entrance of iridescent tiles and rainfall style, I could have stayed in there forever. The location is also walking distance to most anything you’d want to do on the island. Just the most amazing place you could possibly stay at!

First thing first, I want to give a big shout out to Hilary from the Diamonte team. She was extremely responsive and help me navigate to our rental in San Pedro. She reserved a private car pick from the Belize City Airport to the water taxi that took us to San Pedro Island and then had a driver take us to our airbnb from the San Pedro water taxi terminal. She made the same reservations heading back to Belize city. She also helped us reserve a golf cart to easily navigate through the island which is optional for your booking. The airbnb was beautiful, spotless and had breathtaking scenic ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. Will surely recommend!

My daughter and I stayed in Room D3 (Deluxe Sea View Suite: 2 Bedrooms | 2 Bathrooms) for four nights and it was absolutely gorgeous! Although they are working on an addition to the hotel, the views to the Caribbean Sea remain unobstructed, the construction noise was not too intrusive, and all was quiet after 4pm and before 9am. The concierge, security, housekeeping and other workers on the premises were very helpful and friendly. The other guests were also friendly and quiet.
The hotel is situated perfectly and we were able to walk from the airport (directly behind the hotel) in less than 5 minutes. When we checked in we were given a lovely rum punch and we pre-ordered the ceviche as a snack upon arrival.
Being right on the beach, we were able to enjoy the breathtaking views of the sea and tropical breezes from our private deck and also from the comfortable deck loungers and chairs on the hotel deck. Next door to the hotel I had the best sushi of my life (and I've been to Japan) at the Blue Water Grill sushi night. All of the wonderful restaurants we visited were a brief 5-10 minute walk away and the water taxi was also a less than 5 minute walk (we took the water taxi to the mainland for an excursion).
The Belize Chocolate Factory was again within a 5 minute walk and we stopped there daily for their delicious chocolate treats and took a chocolate making class one morning.
The hotel suite was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were amazing. One of the things that I was concerned about was whether there might be a lot of bugs and mosquitos. I don't know what the rest of the year is like, but in February we encountered very few outside the hotel and none inside the hotel. Everything we needed was in our suite including glassware, kitchenware, books, and games. In the evening we watched Netflix on the big screen tv, played scrabble, and read the interesting books provided.
I would return again in a heart beat!

Perfectly appointed, and well thought out. The furnishings in A4 looked much nicer than the photos of the other units on the property (and okay, i could see into many of the windows when curtains were up). This one’s definitely nicer than the other; the apartment looks like maybe the owner’s suite. The service was good. The lady who ran the front desk, maintenance, and security were all super helpful - and I extended my reservation three times.

As soon as we step foot off of the plane, the ease of connecting with the property staff was simple and streamlined. The views were spectacular from ALL angles and the Floorplan was comfortable and welcoming. we have stayed at Diamante twice now, in units D3 and B2 and we will forever be repeat customers... We could not get over the unobstructed view of the Caribbean Sea and don't get us started on the sunrises, absolutely beautiful. Clean beaches and very comfortable decking with a pool could not be beat. Close enough to local shops and restaurants to not have to go far for what you need but also very easy to rent a cart and explore the island if that is what you are after. Being close to the airport eased any stress of being late to our departure. We would absolutely recommend Diamante Beachfront Suites to anyone first time traveler or seasoned visitors, singles or families. PRO TIP: In the morning there us a local that sells these AMAZING meat pies from a cooler just across from the airport building right next the cart rental, DO NOT miss the opportunity to have some of these with a couple eggs for breakfast... You can thank me later.

I could not of dreamed up a more stunning place to stay. The building is placed perfectly to give you a spectacular view of the ocean from right outside your room and when you’re not soaking up the view, the inside accommodations are elegant and cozy allowing you to relax after a day in the sun. Even though you may be tempted to never leave the property, it is a short walk to many fun shops and restaurants where we enjoyed plenty of fresh juices and seafood. The location made traveling very convenient since it is so close to the airport and with the help of friendly staff, arranging and commuting to our flight was without stress. The staff on property were also always there to greet you in the morning and night and made us feel right at home by knowing our names. I could not recommend a better spot to stay and I am constantly telling my friends and family about this wonderful place!

The A4 unit has one of the best views from a bedroom that we have ever stayed in. The staff at Diamante were excellent. They were great with communication, friendly and answered any of our questions right away. Everything in the unit was top notch. The unit is also positioned so you are in the heart of the city but secluded from the traffic and people on the main street. You are right next to one of the best restaurants in town The Bluewater Grill and a quick stroll down the beach from many other beachside and over the water bars/restaurants. This place is a hidden gem. I highly recommend it.

A Jewel in the heart of San Pedro Town. Diamante Suites had it all for us. A beautiful beachfront location with complete amenities in our 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom suite. We looked at the Diamante property website and took the 3D tour of the suites (D3 ), and we were not disappointed one bit! Extremely comfortable with ample AC , large bedrooms and baths, and a complete kitchen; however, we chose to eat at several delicious restaurants within walking distance. We visited Elvi's kitchen, El Fogon, and Blue Water Grill right next door more than once during our stay. On the Beach, there is an endless pool, beachfront spa, and relaxing covered cabanas that were only a few feet from our view of the teal Caribbean and the reef We stayed in unit D3. We will be back again!

Do not be fooled by the appearance of this building as beneath all that this building has major issues that will make you regret you chose this place. We were just there for a 2 week vacation with family and rented 3 condos and they all seemed to have the same issues #1 the air condition unit did not cool the place at all as it wasn't designed properly the air condition unit kept on braking and we were left in a 85F degrees condo for most of the trip which was agonizing and quite dangerously hot, we could not sleep or cook anything or be there for to long. I have attached photos of the part that the AC technician showed me that kept on braking. Â #2 this building has rusty water due to the rusty pipes, we tried filling a bath or shower and brown rusty water came out please see attached photos. #3 this building doesn't have a Generator unlike most buildings around us did have, since they have power outages on a regular bases, we were left without anything working many times inducing the water because for some reason they work with a pump so when there wasn't any electricity there was no running water either. #4 last but not least and biggest of it all is their management and customer service is the worst i have ever seen, LISA is not friendly at all and was not there most of the time she would be rude to us and the kids harassing us over every little thing for example every time we would ask for a change of towels or anything else for that matter she would make a whole big deal saying that she doesn't haveto give us new towels, she has some employees under her JOHN and housekeeping which are extremely nice but they can only do what LISA says, so he couldn't do much, all her employees were constantly complaining to us how they dont like working under her and how she mistreats them, as if we can do anything about it. TO SUM IT ALL UP, this place looks nice but is not livable even for one day we suffered through our entire vacation and it was not a pleasant stay at all.

I am so sorry for your experience sir and I am not going to go into the details of the back and forth with your group of 12 . There are some ppl you just can’t please. Your units AC was not cooling properly and it was fixed the day after as soon as we received the part. We do live on an island and parts have to be flown in from the mainland. The water in the jacuzzi happened because the city water was turned off and when it came back on, it comes out rusty initially. It just needed flushing. Furthermore, this review is mainly because after you spent 2 weeks here which we tried to make you happy and meet all your demands, you returned home and disputed all the charges which your bank refused to accept. I welcome visitors to read our reviews on other platforms so they can compare. Our staff is always friendly and helpful.
