We spend four nights at this hotel and the experience was nice. The room was large and it has a partial ocean view balcony. The furnitures are old, but we slept fine. The bath needs attention because the unnecessary tub is too small and the courtain doesn´t permitte to take a good shower. The internet is terrible at any part...

I stayed at the Resort during Christmas week and I thoroughly enjoyed the visit as this was my first time in Belize, my 54th country. The staff was wonderful and very friendly, the front desk, grounds, restaurant, and housekeeping. The food was great. The Monkey Business Shoppe was awesome, Alda Wade was exceptional in making sure that the tours took...

Stayed here for 5 days this month. Front desk staff, one of the waiters (Jorge) and girl at Monkey Business tours were very nice and helpful. Oceanfront suite was just ok. Old and TV was in the dining room - no TV to watch in bed. There is no beach, just some sand on top of a concrete ocean wall....

Service staff are very efficient and generally friendly. Also the on-site agency helps to arrange great tours. But rooms are now a bit old and the "beach" is pretty lackluster. Overall has a US motel feel to the place. Think it's an okay option at the right price only

Nice staff, beach was nice for San Pedro (seaweed)-super nice staff, seemed safe. I appreciated the fact the staff saved our rental cart for us and the room service was very reasonable. I would stay there again.

in a depressed location so. of San Pedro Town, we were warned not to venture off the main road during day and not to venture out at night due to crime in the area. There is just a seawall, no water access where beach is raked so piles of trash and dead sea-grass block clean access. Pools are cold. On...

We stayed at the Banana Beach Resort for ten days in December 2013. Great staff, always cheerful, friendly and willing to help you. the resort was clean and the amenities were all available from a great restaurant available for breakfast, lunch and great evening meals. The monkey services kiosk could help you with anything from tours to renting golf carts...

We just got back from another 10 day trip to San Pedro, BZE. Again we stayed at Banana Beach and again it was awesome. Can't say enough about the staff. We stayed in the same room (B111) and we LOVE it. El Divino once again served is sensational food, their burgers are the best, and the island's "best rum punch":)...

The staff was friendly and helpful everyone seemed to love their job, when we arrived our room wasn't ready but I was totally okay just sitting in the beach looking at the water was breath taking alone, it feels great...

This resort was generous enough to donate a couple nights stay so we could provide free vet services to the local community with Hopkins humane society and saga humane society. Thanks so much for your generosity. Very friendly staff, good restaurant too!
